Mob combat attributes?

I recall there was a way (slash command?) to look at combat attributes for mobs.  So the same window we can access off the power bar for our toons, but with stats for mobs/targets.  I have searched around but cannot find the command.

 

I am sure i used to use this all the time but have just come back to the game recently and cannot recall how do it.  Please help!

There is a P2W power called power analyzer.  I have never bought or used it but maybe that is what you want?

Munitions pool depending on your AT.

Blaster > Munitions Mastery

Arachnos Soldier > Bane Spider Training

 

I think another AT can get it, but can't recall which.

Or how my Claws/SR learned just how Rularuu Eyeballs were seeing her (despite SS+Stealth IO) and Devouring Earth we're cutting her apart despite capped defenses ... yeah +100 To Hit will do that.
