Praetoria to Faultline

It’s been a long time since I played blue side, so question:

 

Can someone fresh out of Praetoria at level 20 start Doc Delilah’s story arc in Faultline, or would it have to be done later via Ouroboros Flashback?

I think you can walk up to Jim Temblor and he'll just give you the next contact you're eligible for if you outlvl'd him.

He'll tell you to talk to Doc D at level 20.  If you get to him at 19.99, you can go through his entire arc, then on to the others, without flashing back.

Betty nailed it.  On a totally subjective note, it's absolutely worthwhile to eventually go back and finish the entire Faultline storyline via Ouro.

I believe a 20 can still do Temblor's arc (and Penny's). At any rate, I've definitely run Doc Delilah's and Agent G's arc on both Praetorians I've brought over.

Just to confirm, I took  a level locked  20 from Praetoria  and through both  Jim and Penny's  arcs to get both Agent of Praeoria and Aftershock.
