The prompt is: Fortnite character design sheet including a head shot in a smooth cel-shading comic book style, solid lines, black character outline, featureless white background. (followed by character description)

I used Bing and the below example was the primary result I was looking for as it gave the option to do a head replacement if necessary.

I tried out Leonardi.ai and got two done with my main. One's a "if COH was in unreal engine" and the other's supposed to be a more painted/realistic style.

Turning some AI pics into 3D stereograms using https://immersity.ai (https://app.immersity.ai/upload). They have watermarks because I was using the free preview. Didn’t want to pay to just try it out. Some small aberrations but pretty good overall.

I pop in at times to see developments.  What, in your opinion, is currently the best A.I. tool for taking a screenshot of a character and converting it into something realistic, or interpreting it in a different style?  I'm still trying to get an A.I. to figure out Major Ray Gunn's helmet with the fury wings, and figure if it can work from a picture, that might achieve something the others don't.

I really like using my ChatGPT subscription, three is a great model in their library, Image Generator Pro, that gives me fantastic results. Here's one of my conversions from a Bing image that didn't work with what I wanted, but ChatGPT did an excellent job once I had it run an analysis first:

Here's also an image for my COH character Skadi Frostdottir, an ice/ice stalker, also via the ChatGPT 4o Image Generator Pro. It did an amazing job recreating her costume from in-game when I fed it the image of her on Mercy Island (yes, it did a rare (nowadays) and weird thing with the left hand, but forgivable with the rest of the image I got... I can run it again to correct later):
