There's a more realistic one on the Villain side of Kallisti Wharf.

 

And I'm pretty sure King's Row also has one, but I can't tell where it was.

Just checked Kallisti Wharf. No, it is the same model as the one in Pocket D. The only difference is it has a crime scene body line drawing, a wrecked PPD car, and a few other ruined cars. The station itself is just as boarded up and not usable as the one in Pocket D. (It is at the far southwest corner of the villain side island.)

 

Edit: And just finished checking King's Row. While it is possible I simply overlooked it, I did not see a gas station there.

Wow, my memory is fuzzy then, thanks for double checking. I thought they had the cleaned up model in Kallisti. I'll have to figure out what I'm misremembering.

Whadya know? There is! It's near the northwest corner of the map, less than 100 yards from the Resistance Underground access. It's as boarded up, run down, and abandoned as the others, with stacked car wrecks in one corner of the lot, but it is most definitely there. Thanks, @lemming.

I started reading this thread and was about to say this before I got to your post, that there was a gas station in the slums section of Neutropolis, I remembered it from the Bobcat mission that takes you there.

Honestly, with all of the high tech stuff in this universe, all cars are probably electric or fusion powered which is why all the existing gas stations are boarded up and abandoned.

Go through the hole in the Tiki Bar roof, between the wall and the rocks, down then left through the missing floor section in the back corner, and the gas station is at your 10 o'clock. There's also a fun alternative-layout Rikti Mothership out there (along with one matching the MSR / RWZ design). All that being said, I have no idea how you are supposed to get your car or truck here... Maybe just bring cans.
