This is a reference to the characters Cosmo and Wanda in the "Fairly Oddparents" often seen hiding in plain sight as a pink and green object. It's a bit of a targeted ask, as only people who watched this cartoon in the early 2000s would likely even make the connection but it was a fairly big part of my childhood just like city of heroes was so i figured i'd ask cause why not 😛

Edit: Let's try this another way. Why should that car's color be changed? What does it add to the game? What does it improve? (Why should it be green instead of orange, yellow, or any other color someone else may prefer? What if someone prefers the current color instead?) Why should the devs sit down and possibly have to rework the zone map to change a car's color?

I don't think replacing a single asset constitutes as reworking the zone.

 

Also: what does a PvZ reference add to the game? Or any other pop culture reference the game is littered with?

The reason is because it's a pop culture reference. Do you have a reason why those shouldn't be in the game?

It's not that much work to swap the blue car with the green one, i think if you hustled you could probably swap parking spaces in only a couple minutes, not that far of a walk between each car really.

I did say possibly. I don't know if the static vehicles are map geometry elements or if they are added on elements.

We aren't talking about adding something from pop culture for players to play with. We are talking about the random color change of an existing map element. Why should that be changed? If you're keen to defend the proposal, then give an explanation why it should happen.

Because everyone has watched that show and knows automatically what you are asking for and why. (Hint: I've never watched that show. And I'm willing to bet lots of other people haven't either.) There is a reason why we need to explain why we ask for things.

Yeah that's my bad, I forget how old the average coh player is sometimes and not everyone is aware of different generations pop culture references. But hopefully it makes sense now!
