I thought the feedback was fairly useful.  You get two sets of eyes giving itemized critique so you can see where they match or converge.  This feels like the type of feedback you'd want.

What was meant by 'custom objects'? Because I almost didn't think I had any, but actually got rated pretty okay on those criteria, considering.

Custom, created, or combined objects are objects created from items that don't necessarily bear any resemblance to what it is you've created, things you've made because you can't find something suitable in the editor. Such as:

We're builders. This is a higher level skill, but it's one nearly everyone comes to at some point, because our imaginations exceed the editor's offerings. 🙂

makes me wonder why I got points for custom created objects at all... I have nothing the like in Saturn Bar as I found all the objects I wanted in the base editor...

Except if you sneaked in during the party and gave points for the mechanical bull which I added befor the party and removed right after

Is there a way to visit any of these bases? Someone in-game mentioned there was supposed to be somekind of hub Base that you could enter that would take you to all the entries, but I could not find any information about it on the forums. Also, I didn't think that was something that was possible for the City of Heroes bases.

Heh, Zac posted the codes.   Each Tour base shows the categories to direct you to the various bases.

I've made tour hubs. They contain all the passcodes (with the exception of at least one that's been deactivated for privacy), and a macro that will let you hop from base to base without leaving each base. The hubs are:
