I'll just continue to not take the power. Yeah now if it were updated to something like a toggled rapidly pulsing trawl patch that applied -range and -tohit debuffs like an inverted Hurricane, that would be interesting. Intangibility just doesn't really have a place in most content now or even back in the days of OG Live. It's plain inferior to hard cc and debuffs for mitigation because those don't actively interfere with your team's ability to deal damage...which is the primary means of advancing through content. Until this is grasped and the appropriate changes made, whether to Intangibility or Black hole itself, Black hole is going to be a very skippable power. Edited June 11 by OverkillEngine 1

This could mean a Power Respecification is needed or required. (aka Respecification or Respec) Tip: use the slash command ' /respec ' Do folks like doing Respecs? Are there improvements that could be made to the Respec function? Do you plan to Respec? Note: It is usually an option to keep the build(s) a character has.. with caveats. I don't tend to like forced respecs, honestly. VEATs have a *really* forced respec at 24 when you "pick your path," and I absolutely *hate* that. (You have to do it on secondary builds, too.) I really wish we could just 'pick the path' at level 1 and just keep going. It's my biggest gripe with the VEAT ATs. I don't mind doing respecs if I need to. They're tedious, but eh. It's like washing the car or taking out the groceries. And I generally don't plan to respec - to me, for the most part, the power choices and levels are part of a character's story. Improvments? Yes. There are plenty... and years upon years of suggestions 😄 Kheldian Lore and Backstory Guide 2.0: HC edition Out to EAT : A look at Epic ATs - what is, could have been, and never was Want 20 merits? Troo Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago enter Issue 28, Page 2, more forced respecs. "Homecoming is not perfect but it is still better than the alternative.. at least so far" - Unknown (Wise words Unknown!) Si vis pacem, para bellum
Fireburn Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago MY GOD, NO. NO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Respecing is the epytome of annoyance incarnate. So obnoxious and clunky, such a time wasting process. NO. NO! i don't care how good some changes are. i don't care if sleep powers are now useful. i wouldn't care even if all characters could now one shot hamidon and survive every AV of every task force all at once. i have respeced some times in the past but now the idea simply destroys my sanity. so my characters will stay just as they are, they were fine until now, they will still be.
MrAxe Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Trays need to be empty when the respec is done, especially at 50! So irritating having to remove a mass of powers first.

Psyonico Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Yeah, either using /cleartray or zoning fixes what I find to be the biggest annoyance in respecs. 1 What this team needs is more Defenders
