Living_Hellfire Posted July 11 Posted July 11 So sorry to the mods, but you know who I am so I'm pretty sure I can get away with this. I happen to be The Legendary Living Hellfire and I want to know what your main's theme song is. Given that I've been around for quite a while, I'll go first. I'm interested to know what music plays in your head when you think of your Main. Gimme what you got. -The Legendary Living Hellfire "The newest person in the room is always the most important person in the room"

chase Posted July 17 Posted July 17 A couple of ways to look at this: Tabby would probably like people to think of a theme song reflecting her resilience and overcoming personal adversity, imagining something like Demi Lovato's Warrior. Unfortunately, she's a realist, and she BELIEVES that most people that see her immediately hear the theme song to their favorite substantially-NSFW anime. In my headcanon, that's the (very fictional) "Neko Neko Ninja Pincess" series, whose main character looks terrifyingly like her- now on its second season despite being banned in 23 countries, 5 states, 47 municipalities, and 15 major faith groups. And me? most of the RP antics she inspires can only be experienced with Yakity Sax playing on continuous loop. 1 Some of my CoH stuff. Old and newish
SquirrelWizard Posted July 17 Posted July 17 I dont really design my characters with music in mind, mainly because I design them as characters in world rather than as a character one might see in a movie or show, so musical stingers or songs would feel out of place as "where is the boss music coming from?" 2
Krimson Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Song that I wrote, this one. Warning: it's made with AI, even though a tiny bit of my old music is included. 1
Krimson Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I had to do this in two posts, because it wasn't working with more than one video. Song someone else wrote, probably this one. I can hide the previous post of need be. 1

WumpusRat Posted July 22 Posted July 22 She's not my "main", but for Maxima, I had a modified set of lyrics to Oingo Boingo's "Only a Lad" in her bio, replacing "lad" with "lass", and "Jonny" with "Janey" (since her real name is Jane).

Just because it's so unbelievably banned by so many distinct groups? Like, if it's THAT banned, it's either absolutely terrible or kind of the best. That said, a few characters of mine might be similar in that they'd like to be seen as a rock and roll/power ballad style song that signifies that they're overcoming what's thrown their way. But, well, Raphael Firestar in particular for a long time after his "possessed by an ancient Egyptian priest" villain arc would see it more as "I'm Only Human" by Rag'n'Bone Man, a sort of self-admission that he screwed up and is trying to carry the cross up that hill, to redeem himself, despite knowing he didn't make a mistake so much as get smacked like anyone else would have. But he and a lot of others I've made could be viewed through some of the meanings and themes and meta-level stuff from Poets of the Fall's song Firedancer [and the Ghostlight album overall]: be who you are. Accept it, own it, and go be you. Keep going. Take what comes of the situation and continue (with a name untarnished by someone else's fears of who or what you are). Yes, this may be because they all have more socioeconomic liberties and freedoms, even from less than ideal means, but the only way to change that is some form of "Yeah, and?"ing with the situation and those involved in it. You are who you are, how people react to that is theirs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HFUazO6PHQ Edited 17 hours ago by TigerEmperor Adding appropriate video
