New construction at City Hall

As Mayor of your beloved city Paragon I call upon everyone to join me in a new endeavor.  We need a celebration space, and what better spot than the City Hall building?

 

The design, (by the best engineers in the world) will create a large celebration space for all of us.  There our heroes can enjoy the biggest balls in the world. I will be happy to present them.

Of course, there will be minimal changes to the classic design of City Hall.  Which I love.
