Street Justice - Spinning Strike

This should be a known issue, but I've no idea. Just in case it's not, this makes no sense to me. 
Clearly, this is a PBAoE. 

So, my suggestion is this be properly configured for what it is.

Spinning Strike has been a TAoE since it's inception, and as such takes TAoE sets. It's just that TAoE sets got renamed to Ranged AoE at some point and Spinning Strike was grandfathered in as it was the only melee TAoE at the time. I really don't see that changing as it would cause a pretty big disruption to character builds.

Yeah, it's not a pbaoe.  The AoE is centered on your target, not you.

Could have fooled me. It works in melee - doesn't work at range. Whether it's centered around the npc or the character doesn't really matter. If they won't relabel it as PBAoE, they might think about extending the range to make it a true Targeted AoE. Something like 40-60 feet.

It's center of effect is your target in melee range, not you. That means the power should be taking targeted AoE enhancements because it is centered on the target, again, not on you. This was told to you twice before. The effect is not centered on you, so it is not a PBAoE, so it should not be taking PBAoE enhancement sets.

 

That is all targeted AoE enhancement means, an enhancement set to buff an AoE power whose center of effect is your target, not your character. A power does not need to have an effect of 40-60 feet away for it to be a power that uses targeted AoE enhancements. It only needs to be an AoE effect power whose center is not you.

A point-blank area of effect power, AFAIK, doesn't have both a power range AND a power radius - it'll just say something like "target: self" or something similar...
