Mercy Islands Big Ben Clock

I was just flying around Mercy Island getting explore badges and history plaques. I always wondered why Positron (Matt Miller) did not put a explore badge on or near the clock.

There are a couple of other places in the game that also should have had a explore badge but did not get one.

Anyways I flew up to the top and noticed there is a lone gunman named Lunatic shooting his AR15 at nothing. There are no birds, Arachnos Flyer, beer cans or  people on the ground in the area for him to shoot. He never runs out of bullets even. He is just playing with his gun. 

After all these years I still learn something new about the game

The clock tower always was a big of a mystery. It’s a unique building but we know buck all about it and it’s usually exactly the sort of locale you would think would get some mention.

Okay now I have to hop redside and find this  Clock Tower and its Lunatic.  And dutifully report back on the 'I was today years old' thread.

For the record, the tower that holds the bell commonly referred to as Big Ben is the Queen Elizabeth Tower

Not putting an exploration badge there is odd considering the layout of lower Mercy.  If you start at Fort Darwin, the roads actually lead to the clocktower.  There's a bit of a reveal if you're on foot as you come around the corner.  Mercy has a lot of neat little bits of infrastructure like peaceful little gazebos where you can rest in between crime.

Ok now I have 2 more places to check our after finding my way out of the insane tunnel layout underneath Grandville. Was grabbing the  Passing Fab badge decided hmmm, where does this tunnel lead. Couldn't resist seeing a hole and had to put put something in it moment.
