Poison/Elixir of Life will do it to a player. My character and I went pocket D the other day and totally overdid it on Scotch. There was definitely a vomit power afterwards! If you're trying to turn missions into a vomitorium you're gonna want Traps. As a Scrapper main I eat a steady diet of crayons and glue to keep my wits sharp and my reflexes honed.
