A (now nominally) villainous AT based on FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT giving out team buffs doesn't quite square in my head. Honestly, using your recommendation, going by how the ATs are described, and how they worked up through Live, it really should be tankers giving out the team buffs in exchange for damage while brutes are the damage-dealing aggro magnets. Now, excuse me as I retreat to the safety of my stalker as I just lit up a huge forum discourse bomb.

That its a troll thread? I thew him and battlewraith into the Ignore-O-Matic as well, if you're looking for more recommendations. Another recommendation: Hungry Howie's. Sure, its easy bake pizza, but the flavored crusts are amazing.

I started a Savage/Regen yesterday, and I'm taking him up the slow path. I did test his final build on Brainstorm, though, and he has a lot of fun potential. Update: I tidied his build up with some help from @Spaghetti Betty's SS/Regen and that fun potential just shot up.

Judgement going grey when another player is using it

I'm not even sure where to begin on the logistics of 'using X power locks out another player's X power' and that's not even getting into needing the same lockout so Judgement doesn't waste my blaster's BU - Aim - Nuke combo. -

Illusion has a ranged AoE hold/sleep and a confuse at level 2. Drop a Blind, drop a Deceive on whoever slips through, and you don't even have to worry about using PFF at level 5. Blind procs Containment, so now you get a good chance at bonus damage with your Spectral Wounds as well. Easy peasy at +0/x1. Yeah, 'trollers won't match the damage of a blaster or scrapper, but they're still loads of fun.

*another notch on the belt* Yeah, I put it in Shatter so I could have the proc up not just for Whirling but also for Clobber since it has the highest DPA. (At least on Mids. If that's off, let me know.)

I've yet to try either Broadsword or Axe, actually. My currently sole scrapper at 50 is DM/WP and this puts him in the dust, though I should revisit that build to see if I can slot the Crit Strikes proc better. I'm curious to see what an Axe build would be like too, it seems like its the new hotness among scrappers.

Praetorian content ends because Praetoria ends. Yeah, time travel, but why? The future is Praetorians stuck on Primal Earth and the content that can provide. And I can kinda see the lack of interest in Praetoria because of that. "Why am I doing all of this if almost all the land and people are gonna become Hami food and then I go Primal Earth and become just another cape doing cape things?" And you'd need people who want to play goldside and, uh, its not because of the lack of content after Night Ward. But that's for when I'm done through my own goldside replay and 'How To Make Praetoria Suck Less' thread. (Early level 11 spoiler: Nerf ghouls.)

Dusting off my old WM/SD build, I took some newer lessons I've learned, the latest SD build I could find here, put something together, and gave it a test try on some Council in Brainstorm. In the words of the man: Good Gawd Awmighty. So, apparently putting the Critical Strikes proc in Shatter, and leading both my AoE and ST rotations with it, turned her into a one hero wrecking crew. I had never seen that many 'CRITICAL' pop-ups at one time. And the proc and criticals pop up more on ST than it does on my DM/WP. Spawns were clearing at near-team like speeds and even the bosses didn't take long to wear down. I even managed to make end use manageable, and the only real issue is with runners that survive the initial onslaught and taunt aura. Other than that, wow. She was putting my tanks and brutes to shame. Posting the build here to share and in case I'm missing anything, but I'm pretty happy with the results I've seen so far. Any ATO revision would have to go over all the ATOs, not just brutes. Defenders, doms, 'trollers, VEATs, etc. Now you're looking at a much bigger undertaking, not to mention just how would you balance them.

I think suggestions should be grounded in practicality, capability of the dev team, the fact that never in the history of MMOs have classes been outright deleted, and that there is more to the game than just speed clears.
