  1. No. I'm saying, with Tanker modifiers, EA is likely to come across overpowered compared to ALL sets.
  2. Not if it results in a set that nearly eclipses Stone without any of the downsides it doesn't.
  3. Again, because EA delivers more mitigation types than SR does.
  4. I'm going to agree with you about Win7 and 8 (and especially Server 2012...who the *CENSORED!* puts a TABLET interface into a SERVER OS? I'm going to disagree about Win10 though. There's been damage done because of the Metro/Modern UI. You have various controls splattered across the original Windows WMI tools out of Control Panel AND the new half-PANCAKED Metro/Modern control interfaces. Try creating an admin-level user in 8/10. You FIRST have to use the Metro/Modern interface and tell Microsoft that NO you DO NOT want to tie your LOCAL OS to your Microsoft Account... Then you create the user. Then you have to go to the User management interface in Control Panel and flip the user to Admin... For larger orgs, this isn't as much of a problem since they're running Active Directory. But I have a LOT of small-business client who simply don't have the resources (or will) to run their own network management, even with my help.
  5. Still, just for gits and shiggles, just once, I'd like to be able to enter a map like the Psychic Babbage/Battle Maiden map, drop a Taunt, and watch EVERY LAST ENEMY ON THE MAP come swarming in, literally running up and over obstacles to get at me...
  6. Honestly, no clue. Possibly because the power is self-refreshing with a clock "tick", where the actual pets don't.
  7. My lawyer. From the law firm of Hamidon, Recluse and Rularuu will be at your hearing...
  8. SR simply doesn't have the same depth of mitigation that EnA does. SR delivers nothing BUT Defense. EnA is a full hybrid armor set. Defense, Resist, Healing
  9. So, stick it in Choking Cloud. Stick it in Hot Feet. I've done that and it's Fonts Fonts Fonts Fonts FontsFontsFonts.
  10. This is basically my point. You can already build a Brute that surpasses Incarnate Soft Cap and get within spitting distance of 70%. And that much Defense serves absolutely no useful purpose. Worse, the way it's laid out for a Tank (since it's the primary), you're looking at being essentially Feature Complete by L14 and soft-capped by L20 or so.
  11. AFAIK, it just gives the proc a chance to trigger when you summon Singy. It doesn't' give Singy a chance to spawn energy fonts.
  12. It'd probably have to be HEAVILY modified.
  13. Stuck on a computer I can't put Mids on at the moment. Will get back with this later.
  14. The recharge slotted in basically just recharges the summon faster AFAIK. And I didn't tap PB because I was mainly concentrating on Maximum steady-state Tankery. I'm real big on steady-state performance. It's not as flashy as some builds. But it's straightforward and dependable. It ALSO isn't relying on the good will of the RNG gods...
  15. Air gap in a Faraday cage.
  16. 60,000% interest, compounded on a pico-second basis... Suuuuure!
  17. Now if there was a mission arc that ended up with me killing Jenkins... https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Jenkins I'd wax that fool like IT AIN'T NO THANG! And I'd go out for ice cream and Disney World afterward!
  18. And it's not THAT hard to shut Win10 up. You're NEVER going to get a completely tightened down Windows system. (Sorry, it just ain't happening...) But you can adjust the signal to noise ratio significantly.
  19. That'll be 11,901,412,123,874,551 Inf!

  21. Honestly, the way the game works (and the fact that you have effectively NO personal attacks means that you need Defense. PERIOD. Defense is generally easier to accumulate, and you simply don't have the hit points to make capped (75%) Resist worthwhile. Of course, wring what Resists out you can. But concentrating on getting Defenses (all of them) up as high as you can. Honestly you may want to concentrate on Ranged and/or AoE. Again, you have effectively no personal attacks, so you have NO business in melee distance.
  22. I honestly don't know if it's possible to do what you want to do on your build. Basically, you have two goals (Capped S/L Resist and capped S/L Defense that are in direct opposition as the hunt for set bonuses sets them up that way. And you have NONE of the common powers that allow you to bridge this...) In your build a Cardiac Core T4 will cap your S/L Resists, but won't help with defense.
  23. Also the Miracle and Numina uniques for +Recovery. Again, drop in Health.
  24. I have VMs of my last system's VirtualXP environment. I have VMs of Win7. I'm on Win10 Corporate LTSC (Basically a store-less version of Win Corporate that has a defined support lifespan and just gets security patches. Not the big quarterly "feature" packages that seem to brick so many machines.)
  25. Wait till you hit the Westin Phipps arcs. You'll feel dirty, inside and out...
