  1. Good for your friend. For most people, Unstop is merely a suicide button with a 3 minute delay and pretty much HAS been since the advent of Invention Sets. And, in the current game, with the understanding of Defense, Resistance and their various synergies, it's even LESS relevant. And on a heavily tweaked build, you're simply better off using small or medium Inspies or Incarnate powers (Barrier, Melee), as they offer zero crash. Seriously, on a build like this (see below), what is Unstoppable REALLY providing? Hero Plan by Mids' Hero Designer 1.962 http://www.cohplanner.com/ Click this DataLink to open the build! 2. Rage crash? What Rage...OH CRAP! I'm only down to Incarnate Soft Cap! THE END IS NIGH!
  3. So we're all in agreement now? All Brutes must be deleted with extreme prejudice! YAY! 😉
  4. Tanker modifiers are...Tanker modifiers.
  5. I apologize for my abject lack of declaratory loquaciousness. 😉
  6. IMNSHO...it IS too good. Sorry.
  7. The quote above pretty much expresses my feelings on this subject.
  8. No. I'm saying, with Tanker modifiers, EA is likely to come across overpowered compared to ALL sets.
  9. Not if it results in a set that nearly eclipses Stone without any of the downsides it doesn't.
  10. Again, because EA delivers more mitigation types than SR does.
  11. I'm going to agree with you about Win7 and 8 (and especially Server 2012...who the *CENSORED!* puts a TABLET interface into a SERVER OS? I'm going to disagree about Win10 though. There's been damage done because of the Metro/Modern UI. You have various controls splattered across the original Windows WMI tools out of Control Panel AND the new half-PANCAKED Metro/Modern control interfaces. Try creating an admin-level user in 8/10. You FIRST have to use the Metro/Modern interface and tell Microsoft that NO you DO NOT want to tie your LOCAL OS to your Microsoft Account... Then you create the user. Then you have to go to the User management interface in Control Panel and flip the user to Admin... For larger orgs, this isn't as much of a problem since they're running Active Directory. But I have a LOT of small-business client who simply don't have the resources (or will) to run their own network management, even with my help.
  12. Still, just for gits and shiggles, just once, I'd like to be able to enter a map like the Psychic Babbage/Battle Maiden map, drop a Taunt, and watch EVERY LAST ENEMY ON THE MAP come swarming in, literally running up and over obstacles to get at me...
  13. Honestly, no clue. Possibly because the power is self-refreshing with a clock "tick", where the actual pets don't.
  14. My lawyer. From the law firm of Hamidon, Recluse and Rularuu will be at your hearing...
  15. SR simply doesn't have the same depth of mitigation that EnA does. SR delivers nothing BUT Defense. EnA is a full hybrid armor set. Defense, Resist, Healing
  16. So, stick it in Choking Cloud. Stick it in Hot Feet. I've done that and it's Fonts Fonts Fonts Fonts FontsFontsFonts.
  17. This is basically my point. You can already build a Brute that surpasses Incarnate Soft Cap and get within spitting distance of 70%. And that much Defense serves absolutely no useful purpose. Worse, the way it's laid out for a Tank (since it's the primary), you're looking at being essentially Feature Complete by L14 and soft-capped by L20 or so.
  18. AFAIK, it just gives the proc a chance to trigger when you summon Singy. It doesn't' give Singy a chance to spawn energy fonts.
  19. It'd probably have to be HEAVILY modified.
  20. Stuck on a computer I can't put Mids on at the moment. Will get back with this later.
  21. The recharge slotted in basically just recharges the summon faster AFAIK. And I didn't tap PB because I was mainly concentrating on Maximum steady-state Tankery. I'm real big on steady-state performance. It's not as flashy as some builds. But it's straightforward and dependable. It ALSO isn't relying on the good will of the RNG gods...
  22. Air gap in a Faraday cage.
  23. 60,000% interest, compounded on a pico-second basis... Suuuuure!
  24. Now if there was a mission arc that ended up with me killing Jenkins... https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Jenkins I'd wax that fool like IT AIN'T NO THANG! And I'd go out for ice cream and Disney World afterward!
  25. And it's not THAT hard to shut Win10 up. You're NEVER going to get a completely tightened down Windows system. (Sorry, it just ain't happening...) But you can adjust the signal to noise ratio significantly.
