  2. A funny sentiment. Stealth costs identically and delivers half the protection. Maneuvers costs more and delivers less than half the protection. Hover costs less, but delivers half the protection. CJ costs next to nothing and delivers defense identical to Hover. Invincibility costs less and delivers 6% to start... Tough Hide is an outlier. Shield armors cost less and deliver more defense on a single-vector basis... Weave is actually pretty decent for what it does. Flat 5% on ALL Defense types and vectors.

  4. You can NEVER be Tanky enough... EVER!
  5. Basically go this way. Once you hit L30 or L35, common IOs. Attacks: 2 Acc, 2 Dam, 1 EndRedux (if you have a spare slot, an 1 Rech) Armors that are "Auto": 2 Resist or 2 Def Toggle Armors: 1 EndRedux, 2 Resist/Def Armors that provide BOTH Defense and Resist: 1 EndRedux, 1 Resist, 1 Def Auto Heals/Regen: 2 Heals Clickie Heals: 2 Heals, 1 Recharge (if you have a spare slot, toss and EndRedux in) Toggle Heals: 2 Heals, 1 EndRedux Build-Up/Aim: 2 Rech Toggle To-Hit (Tactics, etc): 1 EndRedux, 2 +ToHit Stamina: 2-3 EndMod That may or may not be EVERYTHING. But that gives you a general idea to build off of. You can help yourself along by acquiring certain set IOs at your earliest convenience: At least 1 KB Protection IO. Fire Armor has NO KB Protection/Resistance AT ALL. Panacea: +Heal/+End (HEALTH) Numina's Unique: (HEALTH) Miracle Unique: (HEALTH) Performance Shifter Unique: (STAMINA) Steadfast Protection: Res/Def (Earliest possible Resist Armor) Gladiator's Armor TP Protection/3% Defense: (Earliest possible Resist Armor) Shield Wall Resist Teleportaion/5% Resistance: (Earliest possible Defense Armor) Reactive Defenses Scaling Resist: (Earliest possible Defense Armor) And if you're on a character using Hide or another form of Stealth power, grab Unbounded Leap or Celerity and stuff it in Sprint or one of the Prestige Sprints or SuperSpeed. Note: The first 4 won't ELIMINATE your Endurance issues. But they'll reduce them drastically.
  6. Gaffan, one thing to remember, building "properly" covers a VERY wide swath of builds. Of which mine and Darkir have provided two. It all depends on your ultimate goals and what you're willing to compromise on vs what you just GOTTA have.

  12. You already have Target_Enemy_Near. Simply rebind your tab to /Target_Enemy_Near Alive Also, Target_Enemy_Next (the default) already IS determined by proximity. Near-to-far.

  14. Funny how learning something's mathematically impossible changes your outlook, isn't it? 😉
  15. Okay, will say it again. If you're just taking Boxing or Kick because you HAVE to and you're not going to slot it or get Cross Punch, just take KICK. If nothing else, you can throw a Force Feedback +Rech proc in there. It's unresisted. It's actually DIRECTLY beneficial to you. Unlike anything you could slot from the sets available to Boxing. You're generally over-slotted in your Resists. You've also ignored your Fitness powers (Health and Stamina). As such, your Recovery suffers. In the build I'm putting up, you sacrifice some Smashing/Lethal, but you can more comprehensive Resistance in E/N/F/C. I've also included Cardiac Core T4 Incarnate (turned off in the build so you can see the base numbers). This build is, essentially, identical to yours (power-pick-wise, save I've subbed Kick for Boxing).   18. With the standard, non LFG raid, dropping is GENERALLY an issue with an aged zone instance. The mapservers aren't good little citizens on the server. And over time they leak memory, consume other resources, and generally get decrepit. A fresh zone on a stable host server is usually the best chance one gets for a stable, problem free raid. Unfortunately, this requires GM participation.
