Me times eleventy trillion. I don't mind that people suggest fixes for actual problems in the game. But "I don't like this." doesn't constitute a problem. Forgive me if that hits a bit too hard on the nose. -
I agree with this. Go with a bit less damage, but keep the Acc. You'll wind up doing more damage over time than you would doing the reverse. Then use the slot for EndRedux. In addition to the +End uniques, this should GREATLY cut your need to "take a knee".

I agree on the Force Feedback proc. And at top-end, with maxed Endurance, increasing ST damage shouldn't REALLY be something you have to worry about. Bork Bork Bork! You miss out on a little bit of E/N Resist: But it makes soft-capping your E/N DEFENSE a bit less daunting. F/C Resist is usually really decent with Winter-Os. I've had friends try to take end-game builds and level them organically that way. The experience was pretty uniformly terrible.

Okay, you're overslotting a lot of things. And it's basically getting you diminished returns. One of the things you have to look at sets with is the set bonuses at various levels of slotting. If one set delivers 3.75% Resistance to X at 6 pieces, but a second set delivers 2.25% Resistance to X at 4 pieces, and you have 5x Resist powers... It generally makes more sense to take the slightly lower Resist number to make it up on multiples while saving slots. Here's a slightly different build. Tanks are low enough damage as is. Adding hard controls to the Aggro/Taunt soft-control mechanic would just destroy their ability to solo. Also, it wouldn't REALLY help the running.

That's the thing about Rad Armor, you don't really want to skip ANYTHING. You CAN skip the T9 as you can max the Resistance out already. But you're missing out on +Recovery and +Damage.

I usually move them off my bar as well. As I don't slot them. For builds, I will normally drop an FF: +Rech into Kick. So that MIGHT make it worthwhile to keep on a tray someplace. But, once I have more than my initial 2 attacks, I'll move brawl totally off the tray.

As noted, you're going to have End issues with your current build. I'm gonna disagree with Seigmoraig on Ageless "solving" "every" End problem. And when you Exemp down, what do you do THEN? Carry around a tray-full of large Blues all the time? Here's a slightly different way to skin the same cat. Resist-Capped to all but Cold/Psi, and 0.2% shy of Defense Soft Cap. No. Hasten isn't perma. And it really doesn't matter in the slightest. And as always, unless you're actually slotted Boxing, you're better off with Kick. Spring Attack is a decent power. The main problem is, the Recharge on it is just ridiculously long compared to similar powers. Recharge: Foot Stomp: 20s Lightning Rod: 90s Shield Charge: 90s Spring Attack: 120s And yeah, the Damage on the power is weak too. Unaugmented Damage Foot Stomp: 59 Lightning Rod: 133 Shield Charge: 100 Spring Attack: 62 So Foot Stomp is comparable damage, but it's up 6x as often.
