That's a really cool change! I've purposefully avoided using the Fire and Ice pieces (especially the Robot Arm), because I want to keep him as human-looking as possible, to stay in that "Indiana Jones-like adventurer" style... But feel free to use the design! As long as you show us afterward. 😉

Fair enough, but your costume definitely inspired me! I'll post it once I am satisfied (ya'know how you spend hours in the costume creator and forget to play the game... or is that just me 😁)

Decided to recreate and update the main outfit of my australian adventurer, Groundbreak (Earth/Earth Dom), to better fit his mystical origins (his powers come from his belt and gauntlets)!

I also tried to come up with an endgame, more "comic book"-y costume.

I really like the first costume, so much so that I want to use it (obviously with minor changes!). Have you thought about adding the robotic arm 3 chest type to get a cool rocky arm for those ground smashes?

I loved this film. Seen it three times already including the gorgeous grey cut, personally had no trouble sitting through the whole thing; but I've also had no problem continuing on another day pausing after one of the acts (which is the way I saw the movie the first time). Snyder just knows how to shoot an action movie, period!

I think it's pretty disingenuous (to say the least) to think this tells the same story as Joss's when his cut out cyborg's plot entirely (especially considering he's just about the main character). It also ended completely differently, and Joss cut out several characters including one that introduced a particular plot point needed for a future JL movie. Of course there are the same major plot points, but it is clearly very much a different story. And to be clear, Joss reshot most of the movie to fit his vision. It's not 'just 10 minutes of new content.'

Even down to the post processing, this movie is just gorgeous. Even the "Justice is Grey" version does something special with the greyscale, it just feels classic. If you're a fan of good cinematography I highly recommend the grey version, even if you don't really care about the Justice League.

It's just such a huge improvement over Joss's cut. Joss was trying to make it into a Marvel-adjacent movie with the ugly red/orange filter, corny dialogue, and

      Hide contents

strategically cutting scenes of black actors 🥴

which some people (me) don't like. I wanted something else and I got it with this movie. (and Man of Steel which people hate for some reason)

Interesting! I haven't actually seen the Joss cut, I've only seen the Snyder version.

  4. Great question!

As a character in the past movies, Loki never seemed like that much of a big draw (after the first Avengers movie, that is). The last time I was interested in his character has at the beginning of Infinity War, having completed his arc of redemption then getting thumped by Thanos. The fact that the character is being reverted back to the Avengers movie version is interesting, but I am not sure that alone will be enough for me to care about his character. The series will need to convince me, something that wasn't necessary for W&V or F&WS. Anyways, if I am being honest I will likely watch it regardless and if Disney+/Marvel past TV series are any indication, I will be satisfied.

@Glacier Peak I just tested it again. Made a brand new character on Excelsior, a Katana/Invuln Scrapper. Ran her up to 4 real quick and took SJ.

This is a character with no toggles yet and no enhancements at all.

I toggle on SJ. The icon appears in the corner.

I toggle on DJ. The icon appears, blinking immediately.

I don't know what else to do to eliminate possible causes.

Okay I am now getting the flashing icon consistently. In fact, it seems like anything I try it in conjunction with, it flashes on my status bar. Activating Super Jump then clicking Double Jump, yep it starts flashing.

I've reported this a couple times but not heard any response, so I'm starting to wonder if it's just me.

Are other people seeing the Double Jump icon blinking as soon as it is toggled on?

I have only seen it in random instances and I can't successfully replicate it in order for it to be addressed. Not saying it isn't important though, but unless I knew exactly what is causing it... yeah I just haven't focused my efforts on troubleshooting it.

I thought the subway scene took a few too many liberties with the laws of physics but, overall, I quite enjoyed this season. It might help that I never read the comics (which debuted four years before The Boys) but the comments I've read from those who did suggest this is a good adaptation.

I've made it two episodes in - I was really surprised for the spoiler scene...

    Spoiler

where Omni-Man kills all the Guardians. Like DAMN what a scene! When you watch Justice League and Justice League Unlimited growing up, you know that Batman is just a human and that the Flash can break his legs, etc. but when you see it happen to the characters in this universe, your like - wow that is what should really happen.
