  1. Again, not specifically what you asked for, but I think the characters could be considered detectives/sleuthes back in the day with a modern twist.
  2. It's pretty out there in the beginning, but as folks have pointed out it really pulls you back in by Episode 4. I like the direction of the show. I'm also glad it's transitioned to color, as it was giving my eyes a bit of strain watching the black and white episodes on a modern screen.
  3. There is a regen cap in this game, is there a damage received per second cap or is that just a defeat?
  4. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't tuna fish. Easier for some becomes a diversion in their focused efforts elsewhere. Of course, nothing I've encountered in this game has required me to big brain a solution, there are usually three or four methods for accomplishing most everything I've found.
  5. Not a music video persay, but a great hip hop marvel super hero song. I really love the beat in this and it's cool hearing him list off so many characters.
  6. I like hurricane the way it is. Thanks for the suggestion though.
  7. I could've swore the OG taunt sound was "HOOOOAH" then fist smash, fist smash. Great reminder on nukes, they were like the "oh I'm definitely dying to this mob, but I'm taking them with me" power back in the day. Remembering where the vendors were was actually a nice touch to keep the origin of your character relevant, IMO. Like it was only known to you who the hook up was. Target through tank 🤪 lol The Jack quote was 🔥
  8. "I know it when I see it" comes to mind when I read about any vulgarity filters. In the eye of the beholder. In my experience though, filters are not as effective as parental controls. Plus you get to play superheros with your kids!
  9. I remember the first time stumbling on a exploration badge back on live, I was like what did I do? Then I looked and looked and finally found the tiny badge on the ground. I think it was the one on the bridge in Perez Park, in the forest.
  10. Just a guess, it is intentional and meant to give the player the feeling that they discovered the mysterious ship out in the ocean, disserted and the first thing they do is go to the door of the ship. If they put the badge at the very front, maybe Jack and Rose a la Titanic-style, it may have also been found, but I think its placement was appropriate given the ships odd location. There are other examples of badges in different zones awarding, even though you are not physically seeing them. I think Boomtown has one?
  11. It would stop the game... 🤫 🤑 🤣
  12. Check out these great resources for new PvPers:
  13. While I'm at work right now (so I can't share the images), I've actually done a lot of under the map exploring in various zones. EVERY SINGLE exploration badge marker is a physical object placed on the map. Now it may be under other objects, but it is still there. I think there is a proximity tag to them, perhaps a radius of 10 feet, so as long as you're 'kinda close' you get the unlock.
  14. Yeah, same page. Not an issue for me, but I bet if you have a big enough net you could catch a boatload of fish* who would argue to their doom that it needs to be this way or that. It's the internet 🙃
  15. I totally did the same! I have a macro command in my power tray set to /visscale 3 because I've found it is not persistent. I'm not sure if it's perma honestly, sometimes I need to click it sometimes I load in with it already set. Really odd!
  16. Neither for or against here, but I don't see a convincing argument. I'm actually confused about what you're asking. This is a video game, so I don't mind a pseudo economic system being used to stimulate unique gameplay. It doesn't affect my gameplay experience negatively, so like I said I'm indifferent.
  17. Great to hear you found us. Welcome back and have a blast!
  18. And if possible, adding another couple of tabs of enhancements in the tray would also nullify the need to use so many in one instance. Either way really.
  19. I doubt unslotters were intended to be used to remove 20 enhancements at a time, like at the end of a respec. More like, oops I just put the wrong enhancement in a slot, it's valuable and I don't want to trash can it, now here's a salvage that can pop it out. I'm still curious why it isn't 8, 9, or 10 tabs of enhancements in the tray.
  20. Wow I completely forgot about that. HC has made a lot of great QoL features. Makes the game more fun to play too.
  21. Ah, I wish I could remember where I saw 10 tabs in the enhancement tray. I remember doing a respec some time ago where I ran out of room in my tray and had to perform a second respec to get the last couple of enhancements placed (after dumping the previous in the base storage). Does anyone know of a stated reason for it being set at 7 tabs? Or any reason for it not to be expanded? I'll have to do some forum/discord search if not 😅
  22. Real short and sweet question to our veteran players - was there ever 10 tabs for enhancements available or am I misremembering? I know that there is 7 now, but I feel like there was at some point 10 tabs. Thanks!
  23. That looks right to me. That is why the double stack of fire works so well, as long as you come prepared with secondary healers. The pain domination aura helps too - you have to stand pretty close, I think within 8 ft for it to apply its occasional extra hp.
  24. The max damage rate that is possible is basically your healing per second against your damage received per second. Add more healers (secondary accounts) and you can essentially heal and take a maximum of 99% of your health (100% would mean you are defeated). I ran across a mission with a triple stack of fire that damages you while running through the Ouro badges, but already having the badge I just completed it and didn't take notice. I know there are other ways to get to the highest damage received (while sustaining an equal or greater healing received), but once you get the badge it kind of becomes moot.
  25. Well if you took the time to read at least three of those threads that were already started before yours that explicitly discussed other servers being able to raise their aggro cap, you would be more informed and perhaps less likely to start another thread about something that has been discussed to death. Seeing as how you're not inclined to use the search button to answer your own question and would rather continue kicking the camel, I say good luck to you!
