  1. Eeeeh honestly for most leads, better tools for leading would go WAYS farther than any type of reward. It's not lack of rewards that burn leaders out. It's usually either: 1. They have IRL things in their life that demand their attention and are more important that their schedule shifts 2. Running an unhealthy amount for them (Everyone is different in how much they can take on) 3. Personal issues with other players or admin. Only time I have heard of lead burning out from rewards was one person over the existence of anthers and that is also a different convo vs lack of rewards.
  2. IMO people who need to be incentivized to form something are probs not the best people to lead. Quality leaders are needed more than a quantity. Not everyone is cut out to lead which does not make them any lesser of deserving rewards, it’s not just in everyone’s wheelhouse and there is nothing wrong with that. Those who have the potential to lead often find their way to leading on their own by leading things they like. They don’t need the extra incentive to get them going. They need help and answer to questions more than rewards.
  3. tbh so long as this data is kept in mind as theoretical, then ok. But trying to push it beyond what it is should be tested more. The talk of 4star content should be actually tested in 4stars to verify the data. Same with any other data point here. But we are looking at theory and keeping in mind that this is theory, then sure, go ham.
  4. Most of these look ok. Baf might have some variance depending on if it is a badge run (Maybe an extra couple of mins at most.) MoM and keyes are probs a bit on the high side. MoM I would say closer to 25 and keyes closer to 20
  5. If CoP is taking you 35 mins, that is NOT average. I’ve seen random pug teams with inexperienced leaders still make it out in under 20 mins. Something has to have seriously gone wrong if it takes that long which is not average.
  6. Tbh as someone who leads everything from 4star content to iTrials to raids, some people complain about being asked to go anywhere. You don’t have to join the MSRs but it’s really not any more inconvenient than going to echo plaza. Hell people complain about even being asked to go to echo plaza. Leaders will form where they are most comfortable forming and if you don’t want to go there, then don’t. Plenty of other content, leads, or other things that will be more to your taste
  7. Perfect screenshot, 10/10!
  8. If no video is allowed then brb with 5 second pylon time
  9. Agreed to all of this! Since they yeeted the lvl requirements, it's much better. The trainer and lfg bugs are really the only downside The trainer I imagine could just be added to the entry area when you first zone in. LFG bugs are a bit more tricky as it is more a gen LFG problem then just MSR. Hopefully they can continue to work on it make it more stable
  10. I mean this as nicely as I can say this: This is not helpful. Transfer tokens are limited and people like to play on the server they do.
  11. I'm genuinely baffled by the push back to this idea. I feel like people misunderstand what leading content like this is. Anyone can shout for "Hey I'm doing X come join!". Anyone can form something. But they doesn't mean that person can do it and do it successfully. Zone raids like Hami do require leadership, not just "Hey go kill things" like in TF. Asking for a little more control so you can exude back actors from something this more easy to be messed up by them than a TF. A star on a lead means nothing if their is not knowledge and leadership behind it in. That has been the case both in this game and since the dawn of MMOs. Reality is this a game we play with other people, not mindless robots. You get all different kinds of people and that's what makes it fun but it's also why tools even as basic as the kick button exist. There are bad actors just like there is IRL, and they can drastically hurt everyone's fun and waste peoples time. A good lead will remove those people so that people who actually want to play and follow along with what they are doing can do so without interference. If those bad actors hate it, they can go try and do their own thing. Sometimes the person isn't even a full on bad actor and is just someone who wants to do things a different way and rather than leading their own things, wants to try to take over things from a lead who is asking them to do something different. Which is unhelpful and not respectful of that lead who has put the time and effort in to run that content in that moment. With all that in mind, I fail to understand the push back here. Fear of exclusion from a oppressive lead? Go lead how you would then. Fear of leads only picking their favs? 48 people can fit in league, doubt they can only pick their favs. The only thing I understand is the dev question, but that's not really argument. Either it's something they can or something they can't. If they can, great. Makes our lives easier. If not, it is what it is. But I would rather advocate for tools that makes it easier for leads to run content and get told it's not feasible then not. I will strongly suggest listening to people who actually lead the content in this forum post, namely @Laucianna, @Oklahoman, and @Wispur
