I'm hoping this is the right place to request help on this. I did the Fortune Teller mission from Hugo Redding but did not get the Spelunker badge. Bug?

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually did try that and no go. Also I checked to make sure the sound files do work outside of this application - just in case. I'm missing something somewhere and it probably will end up being something that is obvious to a more knowledgeable person. I'm wondering if there is a sound file size limit... I'm trying to use a standard pop song...

The game is designed to use a folder called data as a form of user add-ons. It's not part of the game, but it will look for it when running. Thanks for the reply! I'm still not doing something correctly. I created data folder in the main game folder, and created subfolder sound and subfolder of that, ogg and added a couple of .ogg files. When I type the command /sg_music "filename" I get the response"Your supergroup background music is now (myfile)", but all I hear is the ambient sounds of the base. If anyone gets this to work I'd love to hear about it. Thanks!

This doesn't work for me. I don't know what I am doing incorrectly, but click on object, hold down alt, and right click, I still get only 90 degree turns. The way I remember it, holding Alt and moving the cursor is how that worked. Thanks for the clue. I'm guessing I'm not the only person who ends up with object hovering slightly above a table or desk. :D

While I am at it, stating upfront I am a base nano-neophyte, I did create a couple of little bitty tiny bases Back in the Day for my little bitty SGs - just me, my alts, my partner (now wife) and her alts. Never generated enough inf to do complicated things, never really needed to. But now with all the Free Stuff, I am having fun experimenting, but am far outside my knowledge level. Here's the simple thing I don't know how to do and would love to know: how do you put items on other objects? Like all those bottles, and books, how do you get them on a table? This probably seems obvious to those who know how but I have no idea at all. Thanks for any input!

Interesting! I didn't think it was in I24, but I didn't check out every new thing that was added then. It has the feel of what folks used to call Blappers, starting from the melee side instead of the ranged side. I put one together yesterday with the Water Blast powerset and so far this character has been a lot of fun to run. The Opportunity thing seems like the Combinations I had on my DB scrapper, but I guess there's no documentation on how it actually works/should be played. That said, if it turns up, I'd like a look! :) I'm not too worried about future availability, I'm operating in a live-in-the-Now mode with this whole amazing development of having CoH to play at all. :) Thanks for the helpful response!

Yeah, I was getting that impression. My main is a BS/Regen scrapper, and when you add vet rewards powers like Blackwand or Nemesis Staff it played similar.

Apologies if this has been discussed on an earlier post, but what are Sentinels, as an AT? Are they, as I was thinking, something unique to I25? Can anyone talk about them, have an opinion about them etc.? I put one together, Water Blast/Super Reflexes, just to poke at it and I'm liking this guy so far (level 13 just now). I'd love to hear anything that would help me develop him intelligently. Thanks!

For what it's worth, I just (11:32am CST/US) got dropped when exiting a radio mission back to KR2. Launched CoH via Tequila immediately, and got put in a queue at 105 of 148 or thereabouts. So the getting back in within 10 minutes without having to queue didn't work in this instance (unless I failed to do something correctly, not sure what it would be but open to the possibility). Offered in the interests of providing info for evaluation. Not complaining about the queue, I can get another cup of coffee and check my email. ;) [insert obligatory and extremely heartfelt thanks and hugs for the heroic Homecoming team]

Of course everything you've (collectively) done so quickly is Monstrous level impressive. Thank you to all the team and helpers. You might be tired of personal testimonials by now, but there's a seven year dormant, seven year sad part of me that is happy, awake and just... glowing.

Thank you for getting Torchbearer up and running under what appear to this observer to be incredibly adverse conditions. No matter what complaints people have (if any), this is an incredible gift to a bunch of junkies starved for the thing that gives us life. We thought we'd have to learn to live less than whole, and have been trying our best. Then stuff happened and we got a taste, and Hope. Then it was removed. Thanks for getting the door back open. Everyone involved with the effort, you are Heroes. Sending hugs to insulate you a bit from the inevitable to come.
