I saw that, the 2% chance for the drop. That's good. At the rate I play (as much as I'm able to play) though it might put mini mode etc. out of my reach for the foreseeable. We shall see! 🙂

Zhym, I hear you. As several other folks have expressed, I don't have any interest in full NPC costumes, nothing against them but the only Halloween one I ever wear is Ghost Pirate 🙂 I get our wonderful volunteer devs wanting to provide rewards for hard mode, and I get that it might be a big negative to have those rewards be anything that affects the ability to use powers, that would just be another Incarnate system. But I truly hope costume pieces on HC won't ever be gated like this, and I also hope mini modes and possible other costume options that still allow for our own unique costumes to be used with won't end up tied to hard mode play. I have absolutely nothing against hard mode content... for anyone who wants to play it. However that is not and never will be me. That's not what brought me to CoH or made Paragon City my Home. I am not a min/maxer and I can only wish I had as much time as some folks to actually get on and play. I love CoH because I get to be a super hero, and sometimes when I feel like walking on the other side of the street, a villain, vigilante or rogue. I have a couple of dozen alts (give me time, they increase slowly), and out of all of them, 1 50. She's an Incarnate, all slots unlocked, a couple slotted at tier 4 and a couple at 3 because at this point, she's good and I'm good and I'll get around to it sometime. 🙂 I read the forums to pick up info and enjoy reading the discussions of other folks who like the same game. 80% of the discussions about marketing, slotting, set bonuses, etc. go over my head, but a little bit leaks in from time to time. I don't have a billion inf even on my 50, but I know where the guides are if I wanted to spend time marketing. I wonder now and then how many Homecoming players there are like me. I bet a few but I have no idea. My one true wish is that Homecoming never shifts into something that feels unwelcoming to my style of play. May Thomas Wolfe be wrong, just this one time.

Yep, the Alpha slot was available to everyone, but the other slots required a subscription, not available for free-to-players.

Someone botched a time fix via Ouroboros. Poof! Missing building replaced by other building. Write an AE mission that explains how hundreds of heroes were killed when the Shivan meteor was redirected and struck there while said dead heroes were inside. In the course of trying to save the heroes who were using the AE, the only way they could be saved was to replace the building. AE in Mercy? just go with the existing story.

I don't discount it at all! Like I said, I am taking a handful of pills now! My fantasy was just that, and I'm very happy to be able to get medical advice from a professional! Thanks to the doc, the pills, and my own efforts my A1C went from 12.5 to 5.2. Yay me! Yay pills! I was able to get surgery for cancer including multiple scans I could never have afforded otherwise. I'm very grateful that I was able to get on my spouse's insurance. I have no doubt at all it saved my life. For those who don't have the option of insurance, I feel that. Not all of us have a life path that provides real world inf.

1. I'm rooting for you! Hope you make it! 2. But you may be surprised... I had a similar fantasy, I was going to be the one who didn't have to take a handful of pills every day. I finally got on my spouse's insurance (had been doing without for many years, I was fine, really. Just fine) went in for a physical and caused my pc to pop her eyes a few times. Next thing I know I'm on a handful of pills and getting tested for cancer. Whoopee! It all worked out more or less but seriously. I wish you every success.

In the spirit of general pie in the sky (or eye in the sky) optimism, I like this suggestion. I already love my Rularuu Incarnate pets way too much, would adore having them at a lower level. Giant Chomping Eyeball pet - may not be the hardest hitter but the ambiance is so warm and fuzzy! 🙂

So glad I asked, thank you! I looked on the menu for Ouro missions but wasn't looking in the level 50 area. Not the last time I will miss something right in front of me!

Am I correct in thinking that the Intro to Ouro missions are not repeatable, though? Like specifically, Tesseract's first mission where you go back to Breakout?

I don't know when that was but I did use db editing in Paragon Chat to hack this skirt, and my character had legs, even boots under there. She walked/ran, flew, looked fine. No more clipping than we sometimes get from capes when the "wind" blows the wrong way. My recollection of Live is that the bartender(s?) nearest to the "hospital"/resurrection pads on either side (heroes/villains) used to sell Insps, but they don't any more/on Homecoming. In most cases the changes from Live to HC have been to make things a little easier for a lot of simple things but this is one that made running some of the holiday/Pocket D based missions harder for me. So I wish bartenders next to where you res in Pocket D would sell common Insps again. Right now the only one who does is Pollux, which is great for AE in Pocket D, but not helpful for the holiday missions, which res you, if you hosp, to the upstairs areas on hero/villain sides. Villain side includes any missions in the Chalet

I made a specific suggestion some time ago, repeated in another thread as well, and eventually "heard" a rumor that it might be added after the first of the year, however nothing solid, just someone offering me hope. Here was my original suggestion:

I think anytime a server goes down other than scheduled maintenance, it should trigger the Mapserver Invasion from April Fools on all the other servers... 😄
