Not efficiency then. You think defense soft caps are exclusively the only thing that matters. Efficiency would be getting more total bonuses out of fewer slots, which is what Gaussian does.

I'm consistently getting Spectral Radial as higher dps than Reactive Radial. That seems like an error somewhere.

The defensive/offensive part of Opportunity is on you, and does last a fixed duration regardless of the original target's state of existence and applies to anything you attack. The only part that works against the thing you targeted is the 20% resistance debuff.

But Future Pain is better than everything except Blaze, so why would I want to use Flares at all to make up that space? The thing about Fire Blast is that it also gets to use the high powered secondary attacks and benefits from those just as much. So yeah, you can ignore secondaries when comparing primaries, they do cancel out and Fire still wants to use the secondary.

Well, is it calculating the build up damage bonuses then? Either way, there's a problem. If it is adding some damage, then Build Up is a waste of a power. If it's not, then it probably needs to.

That's what I was figuring. Also, why does DPS go down when I insert Build Up? Are we really not supposed to be using Build Up, or does the spreadsheet just assume it's being used and averaged out somehow?

When it shows CD for a pick, is it padding some time before using that pick or brute forcing it to use the power now? Obviously that first part seems unlikely for a spreadsheet, but just trying to get the details.

Made a lot of progress figuring this out today. Here's some issues I can't explain: M10 (damage) is 17.11% with all buff zeroed out M10 and F29 are #DIV/0 with Assault Core M30 (recharge) is 25.48% with everything zeroed out how do I enter other procs? Voltaic Sentinel Effective DPS is #DIV/0 Reactive Interface is probably based on it's in-game numbers rather than it's in-game effects, eg the damage resistance debuff doesn't work in game.

Believe it when I see it. But Target Caps are definitely an issue, especially when the in-game info lists powers as 10 targets, but it's really 5.
