  6. Half of the pack of mobs run away as soon as you do one attack as a Scrapper. Nothing runs from Brutes because of taunt. Always pick Brute.
  7. When you punch a contaminated target, and the damage spreads to other enemies, do those enemies get taunted?
  8. If Sentinels had the kind of buff/debuff action VEATS have, I wouldn't have made this thread. VEATS are great ATs. They make a better comparison too. Sentinels have less dps, less defenses, and less buff/debuffing than VEATS.
  9. Ah, forgive my misreading. Aren't Rain of Fire and World of Confusion working at cross purposes? Doesn't matter what's confused when they're just running away anyway. Also, the psy mastery build isn't legal. You don't get slots at 47.
  10. Your latest post of the "new" build later in the previous post still takes it. Maybe you meant to call it the old build?

  13. Why did you invest so heavily in over-capping S/L defense? Stuff like Rectified Reticle imply you're definitely doing it on purpose, since there's better to-hit set bonuses otherwise.
  14. Sentinels don't get Hover for free though, so remaining at range can't be their purpose. As soon as you shoot something, you're in melee seconds later. If they came with Hover or the first power in every secondary was an AoE root, it would help define them, but Sentinels are still a melee AT without such things.
  15. I can't figure out what their purpose is. You're going to end up in melee range anyway, that's just the nature of this game. Why do they have such bad damage and defenses?

  17. I can't really keep track of my pets in the regular field of vision. Is there a window I can bring that shows their hp or just state of aliveness?
  18. Wow thanks. Working in Notepad all the quotes looked the same, so I was never going to see that. I even didn't consider that after going through all the examples in this thread because of that. But I did a global replace of all the quotes and now it works perfect. Thanks again.
  19. The addition of spaces has changed nothing. No popmenu appears.
  20. Why does this: do nothing? Doesn't bring up any menus.
  21. I've exclusively played solo oriented stuff, but I want to make a guy who can help out other people now. I've always liked the idea of Kinetics, but never did anything with it. Also, robots are just cool. But why would this combination be very bad? I don't know that it will, I just don't need to be sold on the positives. So I'm looking for the things I don't understand about Masterminds, Bots, Kinetics, and the combination thereof. Help a tinker out.
  22. We have the large sample size data. Scrappers do more damage than Blasters. This is an objective truth. It should really be considered a huge failure of design that the AT that only does damage also doesn't universally do the most.
  23. Are you really of the opinion that there's anything complicated in this game?
