  1. No it is a great power and I have that set on my Dark Blast/Ninja Blaster and the combo is peanut butter and jelly. I just auto set and forget and without stacking I average 44 HP per sec for regen.
  2. Roll and go with a Shield/DM and never look back
  3. SD/DM is icing on the cake which is overkill
  4. I have a Electric/Regen Sent myself and yes Second Wind is confusing and has two effects. A rez and a heal and it can be confusing, but Second Wind is most powerful when u are 30 percent or below health. It will also cap your HP to 2088 though you should be there or already pretty close.
  5. Hi everyone so I have have a Regen Sentinel which is my first and I am lost in understanding Second Wind. I understand it has two purposes, in which to restore HP's as a heal and a self REZ. I have slotted it and it only says 1.69 HP's enhanced with a 92 % healing percentage slotted. I have tried it out a few times and after a mob dropping my HP to about 36 % and tried it there was crap for healing and some increase in my Regen. I know it caps your HP at 2088 like a Hoarfrost or Dull Pain, but there was no healing. Is this bugged at the moment or am I missing something?
  6. I personally think that the Electric Blast changes are going to throw this set into the lime light. The set already hits pretty hard and now the changes coming and with a paired secondary that enhances survivability.
  7. Widows are one of my very favorite toons to play and I have played them from the beginnings of COH, years back. I really would like if conditioning, the VEAT inherent, was increased seeing they have no heal powers. Increasing the regeneration and endurance recovery would really make a great impact on their gameplay. I would also like to ask if Widows could have the option to branch out to Fotunata or Night Widow right from level one, because there really is no reason to wait 24 levels.

    Hm, boy.

Once you get the Blaster ATO which procs status protection and knock back IO's or a power like acrobatics it will change it up slot. I am level 33 with the ATO' s and knock back IO' and have no problems at all.
  9. I would say, go Night Widow, Perma Mind link which is easy sauce, because the difference between 240 and 300 Sec ML is huge. NW's get the extra 20% recharge, so essentially your defense will be capped and beyond. NW's with Proc's are monsters, and I know some will disagree, but Fortunas are Anemic damage wise compared.
  10. I would just like to add, yes Banes and NW's are very rare, and as it was pointed out earlier in this thread, the Crabs and Fortunata are very popular. I can attest though, that my main, which I absolutely love, is a Night Widow. I think honestly, having played a few stalkers to end game, she just brings so much more, in way of buffs to teams. NW's pretty much are and can be, a powerhouse, with Proc's added and the ability to softcap and beyond, positional and typed defenses. I think the real lore for me, is I never see a NW, but that is the caveat of it all, playing a NW. To be so rare, and to bring so much to the table, is so much fun.
  11. I would first say, water focused is more AOE, I think you may want to focus on a ST primary. Fire, Ice, Dark are good, Regen in Sentinels is great, especially the absorption shield. I would rate HP being the first priority, you was as much as you can get. I have a Dark/ Invulnerability Sentinel and he does pretty good.
  12. Ninjas are pretty much a bottom tier on base resistance. Do you have all you resistance and Defence Auras slotted.
  13. Yes does sound like an oops lol
  14. I was wondering why Grave Nights do not accept Accurate to Hit debuff enhancements, when they do use Gloom and Dark Blast which are - To Hit powers. I would also like to ask why is the Lich accepting Defense Debuff enhancements, when none of his powers listed debuff defense. I was wondering if maybe if this is intentional or a bug.
  15. So to start off, I have a Necro/Dark MM in which I have a lot of fun playing. I have noticed that that with slotting, the Grave Nights, will not accept a clouded senses, chance for negative damage proc. The listed IO sets list To Hit Debuff, but not Accurate to Hit Debuff. This does not really make sense when they fire off Dark Blast and Gloom from range, is this meant or a bug?
  16. I am personally leveling, a Psi Bio Sentinel, only level 30 up to this point, but very impressive. I think Psi blast for sentinels has some of the hardest hitting attacks, paired with Bios offensive adaptation, it hits like a truck. I really don't understand some people's rationale, but I have psychic strike in my rotation and it hits hard. One important aspect of telekinetic blast is your Force Feedback proc, whick gives u a nice 100 percent recharge for 5 seconds. I think bio with it's shield and heals is the IC ng on the cake. I am not too familiar with dark armor, but heard it's very end heavy and provides no endurance buff.
  17. I have a level 38 Necro/Dark MM, and the one power, I have slotted for - to Hit, is Fearsome Stare, this is always my opener. You also have Shadow Fall, Weave, Maneuvers, in which fully slotted with IO's and the - to Hit from Fearsome Stare, is massive. I am not too familiar with Demons, but I run Necro, and everything is - to Hit, which locks down mobs or AV's easily. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe you have some pretty sweet resistances, with Demon, they must be pretty tanky, even with all the MM, resist and defense auras. Dr. Casualty I believe had it right, a Resist Armor is always better to Pad the damage, because the Pets will wipe, with a strong spike from an AV.
  18. I would just like to point out the earlier comment in regards to Tactics and slotting Guassian Build up Proc, it really does benefit a MM, because the PPM are checked against the amount of people in yoru group and part, every 10 seconds. The MM will essentially have a really nice To Hit and Damage buff, but this will not Buff your pets damage in anyway. The Build up Proc for Pet Buffs is essentially given to you, that is why it fires off so much. Build up Procs needed to be slotted within the Pets themselves, it is a sweet investment for a MM, and will give you a reason to get a few primary damaging powers.
