Since most of my alts just go for muscle alpha, just take the ITF shard reward During one ITF aprox 4 shards drop so you can make the other, as well as maybe get your first and second vet levels. use threads for t1 and t2 use shards for t3 and t4 Sure, 32+ shards seems daunting at first but you do not have to worry about it much. The T3 alpha is a huge boost in power. T4 alpha, not so much. it can wait as your stockpile of shards grows while you work on other incarnate stuff. waiting for 4 notices of the well from WSTs is not as bad as you think.

Simple math 4 shards = 1 common incarn piece 20 threads = 1 common incarn piece droprate between shards:threads is 1:5. its more noticeable on firefarm alts For your alpha piece: use threads for tier1 and 2. use shards and shard accessories for tier 3 and 4. This is not complicated, you are just out of practice.
  8. with farsight and supremacy giving lots of tohit i just cant justify the room needed for a 30 second duration debuff thats -22.5% resist, which gets lower because enemies do resist debuffs if a higher level, av, monster and so on. common enemies die super fast and putting a power slot and upto 5 enhancement slots in slowed response for something that wont get as much use as one may think. plus the tohit check on slowed response will have you biting your nails on high defense enemies like in ITF The Power Analyzer from the p2w vendor was a blessing and a curse. mostly a blessing.

Go blaster. pick a secondary that has PBAOEs like fire, time, tactical arrow or.. other. with being PBAOE centric the cone attack wont be of much use, skip neutron bomb just does not have that kick/power/whatever the feels, skip. Radi/fire blaster is one of my favorite characters. One build for low level play, synapes/demon powerplant thing and below. Irradiate>Combustion is awesome. later on Irradiate>Burn+hotfeet and so on theres also fire sword circle too your energy attacks can set off oil slick. stack that irradiate with burning oil or just plain blow stuff up with time
  10. new special bees with high agro range, super fast and a much stronger -speed/rech and maybe disable fly/jump/teleport? i know caltrops disable jumping, web nades disable flight, and being in jail stops personal teleporting. three new mechanics into new bees or maybe adds that heal the walls? added movement speed or better pathing in the final room so the adds are a threat? compensate for increased droprate on insps or move that to the server ability bar thing and it now drops from the Monster class early on

Try /time, ignore Time crawl, Time stop, and Slowed Response and Smoke Flash Work in the personal attacks, Maneuvers and have your final build work in Membranes in Farsight and Enzymes in Juncture. And Temporal Selection can get by with two recharges Also Mace Mastery Power Boost will make Farsight into godmode

  13. -no level restrictions for said character? you know some level 50+4 spamming council ip missions will get in here -no mail/ah/trade restriction? you know someone will just have a level 49>44>39>stop making me do math trade chain>even if you did -no ae exp for said character? c'mon -no limits for inspirations? storebought and cheap -no exp limitations on paper/radios? back to the council thing gatta hammer this stuff out bro, either spend time coding trendy things or spend time making new power sets
  14. regular buildup and all attacks have a chance for siphon all the time or longer lasting siphon effects and aoes giving more than one stack
  15. Ice/ninja has more defense synergy which will be more tolerable as you are leveling and real strong at higher levels 2 def SOsin shields and train ninjas will be fairly hefty early on as long as you have the INF to keep them upgraded

Stacks with Soothe, but not beyond 50%, refreshes timer Soothe, for each % you heal, you gain some damage. (1%, 1.25%def). caps at 50% and lasts 30 seconds. Stacks with Nullify Pain, but not beyond 50%, refreshes timer Share Pain, remove the -regen and -heal Conduit of Pain, grants the user and target +tohit, +dmg, +recovery, +regen. remove rez aspect and add an autogrant subpower that rezzes, unenhanceable. Think Mystic Flight>Translocation. Swap Enforced Morale with World of Pain. World of Pain is great as it is, but available at a lower level might make CoT/vahz missions easier to deal with. Soothing Aura. Wider Radius and minor unenhanceable End Recovery, just make it a flat 1 end a tick Enforced Morale has a longer recharge, higher end cost and effects the team. cap it at 8 or 16 targets. Anguishing Cry, make it autohit. 2min rech and 30s duration is bad enough Painbringer, have it effect the user as well as the target.

  23. Mechanically I dont know how this will work but give Defenders the ability to use their insps on others, single or group i dont care
  24. fire/trick arrow snare patch and oil is all you really want
