This... Why ratchet up your difficulty before you can handle it? The AT's are designed for +0x1, anything above that is SUPPOSED to be challenging.
-
My Beam/EnA went Nin for concept (Gundam) - and I literally only use SotW for shits and giggles, or posing. All my Beam attacks are better DPA. Would not object to balance/buffs/usability to Sentinel EPP's... Suspect it'll happen when HC does the Sentinel tweaking.

Make a build, any build, copy your current build into Mids. You'll get infinitely better feedback.
-
Defenders didn't have Fire before Powerset Proliferation...
-
Remember, you'll be locked into the Crab backpack, even without powers that use the arms, if you take Crab powers (Fortification, Call Spiderlings).

TW/Nin - Still a unique combo in the game... Kinda wondering if I'm doing it right or wrong, so tossing up to y'all. First, best place for +Crit Proc? Crushing is the shortest opener out of Momentum, but I also think maybe it should be in an AoE... Second, I'm a little over soft-cap, but sacrificed perma-Hasten and +HP in general. I'm not looking to make a Linea build, just one capable of doing at least +1x8. Third, trying a different PPP than the default of Body/Soul - I've got a buncha Scrappers, time to diversify! Fourth, currently 35 and in a previous, but close, version of this (Crit Proc and in Titan, slots otherwise match up). Therefore, I am leveling into it... I've also been debating this combo for years. Started it as a Tank on Legacy about a month before the announcement, been thinking of it as a Brute on Homecoming... But, also now debating it as a Scrapper... Thoughts from any who've played any of the three?
-
Also voted KM/Ice, need moar /Ice Scrappers.

Ice/Regen - Why would you roll that on a Stalker!?

I mean, did we really get an update if we didn't nerf Regen? -
Ice/Regen - Why would you roll that on a Stalker!?
Due Regard replied to Due Regard's topic in Stalker
Forgot, the other hitch is I'm trying to get her to 50 as a Praetorian native. No Soul PPP as a result... And as she is a concept, wanna keep with the Japanese ghost mythos, so Weapons and Fire APP are no good. -
Ice/Regen - Why would you roll that on a Stalker!?

Stalkers don't get QR. And I'm open to other things, just trying to play new APP's (Soul is default on most any Stalk/Scrap - Meld is that good). -
Build Suggestions For Energy/Bio Stalker For Monster ST Damage

They didn't say how LONG they looked. ^_^ -
Common IO recipes - Vendor Uncommon/Rare IO recipes that don't require Rare salvage - Craft, list if recent is over 1million, otherwise convert in category to Rare enhance, list if >1million, convert again as Rare if not Uncommon/Rare IO recipes that DO require Rare salvage - Craft if I have the Rare and follow above rules, otherwise compare recipe AH list vs vendor - sell to best one (usually vendor) Common/Uncommon Salvage - sell all on AH at lowball lists Enhancements - Sell Using 2xEXP (no influence gain), SO slotting (especially with the new system to refresh all at once), and those market rules - I've managed to keep two alts self-funded from level 1 up to 40ish so far (distracted with other games), both having a full set of ATO's (Spider and Stalker). Run arcs, turn merits into converters, bid low on buying converters, and have patience, the spice money will flow.

My greatest joy was LRM Rocket with 3xDam/Range Hami-s and Boost Range. Literally sniping targets outside of render.
-
AR/Nrg - Cone Spam with Boost Range. Used the T1 secondary with KB enhancement as a "GTFO power" for anyone who got close.

Ice/Regen - Why would you roll that on a Stalker!?
Due Regard replied to Due Regard's topic in Stalker
@Troo - Not married. Current slotting is SO's with light sprinkles of key IO's... And it sucks end like nothing, wish Stalkers every AT got Sentinel Regen, but that Stalkers at least got a hybridized QR with FH. Very willing to venture elsewhere, if anything to keep with the theme of Japanese Snow Demon. Also experimenting with some of the different pools, aside from my defaults of Hasten/CJ/KickToughWeave/Assault. See, I wish I had MOAR swords. -
1 Acc, 3 Dam, 1 EndRed in attacks. 3 Def/Res/Heal, 1 EndRed in toggles. 3 Rech in clickies. 3 relevant enhancements in passive powers. Profit. When You Want to Run Solo, What Scrapper Do You Take?
Due Regard replied to 00Troy00's topic in Scrapper
Any/Any... Though, I've a certain fondness for: Kat/Regen Spines/Ice Titan/Nin Staff/Will Elec/SR WM/EnA DM/ElA Rad/Shield Stone/Rad MA/Bio Ice/Invuln Nrg/Dark Kin/Fiery Claws/Stone And that's just the actual Scrapper toons. We are disregarding the fact that all but 3 toons I've ever rolled live in melee (AR/Nrg Blaster and Dark/Cold Corr - Ranged for cones for days; Beam/EnA Sent - Hover Gundam) -
Glad I'm not horrifically off... Musc Core 4 (was Agility at first) Degen Core 4 Ion Core 4 Ageless Radial 4 Seers Radial 4 Assault Core 4 or Melee Radial 4 when teaming with squishies... Ah, the lack of a taunt aura.

Less Tanker, more Stalker but no crits and ranged.
-
I've ran a Beam/EnA and Dark/SR up to 50 through content... The Beam was a hover-blasting robot, the Dark was in melee constantly. Beam/ is useful for the extra AoE vs blast sets, and debuffing from Disintegrate. Dark/ with a /Defense really felt like a Scapper who could blast if they wanted... but, why? Both very fun, both enjoyable. Currently leveling an Elec/Regen - lowbie for now, but seems it'll play much more like the Dark/SR. Essentially, try whatever... especially those sets that are different (Pri/Sec) from their incarnations as traditional blasts or armors.

Again, This.

Soul is one of the 4 Patron pools from CoV. You'll need to go evil and unlock a Patron in order to access them. (Or vigilante, and tag along on a villain's mission)
