Do you have "lock powers in trays" on maybe? I just tried to drag in and out and was fine. I turned that on and it kinda glitched.

Also the rarity of the Enh can make a difference, Uncommon are generally not as good of a bonus as Rare, so look at what they are (uncommon are yellow, rare are orange.) Your example, Crushing impact is an uncommon.

Yeah I've had that issue also, one thing I've found and you may not like how it looks, but the middle ish areas don't seem to drift as much. I sometimes move it next to my chat window which I put bottom left. Then I can use pop menus better. I haven't tried it but I'm pretty sure you can make multiple custom windows, you could make one just for your pop menus. And targeting macros are hard to do in it so those I usually drag to powers tray.

Yeah the moving around is a little irritating but I think you're it for what you can do with it. You will somewhat get used to it and you'll probably find your sweet spot. It does tend to do better on the right side, but will still move some. Another thing that can be useful is you can make a macro with the custom window and drag it to your power bar(or vice versa)

I think you may have misread what was said on that. They lost the name a while ago, not during the purge. So they probably tried to get it and looked it up and saw someone else had it now and thought they'd ask. They probably have similar names because they lost the other, it is in their handle.

That's the Tequila launcher which is no longer supported. I know it still works but I don't remember how to troubleshoot that. I would verify that nothing has been moved in your file system and/or re download files. The new launcher is pretty smooth tho and has some troubleshooting built in. Are you on the Homecoming Launcher? If so go to the 3 dots and go to Settings/General Settings and verify your install location. If that is correct got to the 3 dots again and Verify. i would also close all the way out and reopen the Launcher.
