Test it out, but I think the first one. You definitely want the Critical Strikes proc in Follow Up. Personally, I would change the FFB proc in Focus to a %dmg proc. -
The only heal I've got on my BS/Shield is Rebirth Destiny and I don't use it much. I don't have any of the +regen uniques slotted, although I am at the HP cap when OWTS is active.

Both the Gaussian's and Decimation procs are 1 PPM. In addition to the PPM value, proc chances are dependent on the base recharge of the power they're slotted in. It gets more complicated for cones and AoEs. Slotted in Follow Up (which has a base recharge of 12s) the chance to fire is 21.4%. Slotted in Focus (which has a base recharge of 6.4s) the chance to fire is 12.6%. These assume no recharge slotted in the powers - your chances decrease if you slot recharge. In order to get good value from these procs, they need to be slotted in powers with longer recharges. For example, the Gaussian proc has a 100% chance to fire in Build Up (which has a base recharge of 90s). See below for a link to @macskull's PPM calculator spreadsheet. This is the 2nd mission in Sister Airlia's 1st arc. Ghost Widow is held hostage by Longbow in the last room and an ambush spawns after you free her. At x4 the ambush includes 1 EB, 2 bosses and a crap ton of Longbow. The mission fails if Ghost Widow is defeated. It's a fun mission and I enjoy the challenge. I've run it successfully a bunch of times on many different ATs. I always pull the captors away and defeat them before freeing GW. I also clear the map before freeing her. The mission can occur on several different office maps. On most of them the ambush spawns at the entry to the room, so the foes are only coming from one direction. One map is problematic. The last room is the large square 2-level room with a hole in the floor. GW is held hostage on the lower level. After she's freed, the ambush spawns on the upper level and drops down on you through the hole in the floor, as well as the 2 staircases on the back and side walls, so you're being attacked from 3 directions. There's no delay between freeing her and the ambush spawn. Every time I've run the mission on this map, GW is dead within 10 seconds. My suggestion is to move the ambush spawn point (on this map only) from the upper level to the room entry on the lower level.

I had a Sonic/Sonic back on live when the sets were first released (before Thermal existed). Although Liquefy recently got a buff, there haven't been a whole lot of changes to Sonic Resonance since it was introduced. Other than refreshing the shields every 4 minutes, firing Liquefy whenever it's up and hitting hard targets with Sonic Siphon, there isn't much for you to do other than blast away. Kinetics is a much more active primary.

Enflame isn't a buff, it's a damage aura. It's a toggle with a 60s duration that can be placed on an ally (including one of your Imps) or a foe. Spirit Ward is a toggle absorb buff that can be placed on an ally (including one of your Imps). I have several controllers without any self healing, including Gravity/Storm and Illusion/Poison. Foes that are mezzed can't attack you. You should be relying on Flashfire and Bonfire. -
I'm leveling one, but only lvl 38 at the moment. I put together the attached build, but a number of the sets are placeholders. Much of it hasn't been slotted yet and will need to be tweaked depending on how sturdy it feels fully built. Will also need to move some slots to improve endurance, as I'm currently having issues outside of Efficient Adaptation. Still working out the timing on DNA Siphon, as it's easy to end up dead while it's animating if you wait too long to use it. I originally slotted the Cupid set in Axe Cyclone as a goof and intended to replace it later, but the confuse proc fires a ton and I may keep it. Uuncut - Brute (Battle Axe - Bio Armor).mbd

6 of the 14 scrapper secondaries have taunt auras (Bio, Energy, Invulnerability, Radiation, Shield, Willpower).

There's a pretty wide variation in arc and radius for melee cones and PBAoEs. Gauntlet simply gave tanks a 50% buff to whatever those are (with some powers specifically excluded).

Inspirations drop rapidly and unless you use them constantly, the small ones will fill your tray and prevent you from getting mediums and larges. -

Another way to change the quality of your drops is to disable lower tiers of recipes/inspirations at the START vendor. I typically disable small inspiration drops at around lvl 30 (you don't get enough medium/large inspirations until then). I don't bother disabling common recipe drops as the inventory doesn't fill as quickly and it's easy enough to vendor those. -

Wormhole is one of my favorite powers in the game. It doesn't require line of sight and it doesn't cause aggro. While it can simply be used to stun foes in place (by setting the exit point on top of the pickup point), it can also be used to teleport spawns around corners or through walls without aggroing those nearby. -

Basically looks solid. Swap the Kismet def/end and def/end/rech in Maneuvers for LOTG def and def/end. Will depend on your playstyle, but consider adding slots to Wormhole. Consider Spiritual Radial instead of Agility Core. You lose the end mod and defense, but you pick up healing, stun, slow and tohit. Yes, Singularity can be teleported. I've had Teleport Target previously on my Grav trollers but don't currently have it. If you go that route, slot a kb>kd in Singularity. -
Storm Blast isn't a great set for procs. Both Storm Cell and Cat 5 summon pseudo pets (which proc poorly). Chain Lightning is a chain (which procs poorly). Gust has too short a recharge. What you're left with are Hailstones, Jet Stream, Direct Strike and Cloudburst, 3 of which are ST and 1 is a cone.

Not sure I follow what you're suggesting. Would Hasten a) be a power that's always on, uses no endurance and requires no recharge slotting (don't think it could be slotted for anything); or b) would activate automatically if it was recharged but otherwise would still require recharge slotting and have an endurance cost.

Which Archetype is best for Energy Melee / Electric Armor?

Brutes and tanks get a 90% resist cap while scrappers and stalkers get 75%. For resist-based armors like Electric you'll get better results with brutes and tanks. Tanks have an easier time hitting the resist cap, but it can be done on brutes as well. Note, Electric has no Tx resists and limited Ne resists, so you're have to address those elsewhere. Brutes have superior ST damage than tanks. Tanks are superior to brutes in AoE damage due to the arc, radius and target cap buffs they get from Gauntlet. That said, Energy Melee is primarily a ST set and only has 1 PBAoE attack and 1 cone attack. -
I've recently changed alignment on quite a few of my 50s and the tip pops up once I've completed some activity red side. Also the Window of Opportunity tip unlocking Lastri Kaymanis.

You've got the yellow dot turned on in Focused Accuracy, which activates the %BU proc. You want to deactivate that in Mid's to get a better picture of your global accuracy. Also keep in mind that FA won't be available below lvl 42, which would be a concern if you intend to exemp. Since you're 6-slotting Gaussian's (including the %BU proc), you would be better served with Tactics, since the proc has a chance to fire for everyone affected by it. Transfusion requires a tohit check. You have enough global accuracy with FA up, but you won't below lvl 42. I typically slot Transfusion with Touch of the Nictus. Propel and Wormhole need kb>kd IOs. You skip the Steadfast Protection and Gladiator's Armor +def uniques. Both of these can be slotted in Increase Density or Tough.

Rather than chasing toxic resist, slot Healing Flames for healing. Fully slotted it's a 925 hp heal every 20s. You've only got 4 pts of kb protection. That's not enough on a tank. Fire Sword and Incinerate aren't great places to slot procs due to the short base recharge. Slotting for recharge reduces your proc chances. I would rework those powers. On the other hand, Fire Sword Circle is a good choice for procs and you could add another there. Not sure why you're slotting Build Up for end red instead of recharge. War Mace/Willpower Brute, thoughts and suggestions please

I've had a WM/WP brute for several years, and while it's fun, WP has a number of weaknesses that become prominent as you get into higher levels. Largest among these is the lack of end drain or -recovery protection. Despite its ample +recovery, foes like Mu Adepts can easily sap you dry and drop your toggles. You may want to consider taking Ageless over Barrier. WP also has very little protection against -def or -regen. Monitoring your defense and regen is a must. The build looks largely fine, although my personal preference would be to increase the E/N resists. Attaching my build for comparison. You've only got 3 ST attacks. Try it out and see how it feels, but you may want to reconsider skipping Jawbreaker (which also provides good mitigation). Enhancing the -tohit in RTTC doesn't have great returns (base is 3.75% and you're only adding 0.6%) and procs have a low chance to fire in toggles. I would 6-slot Preventative Medicine for the set bonuses. Slotting Superior Conditioning doesn't have great returns. The 4 pieces of Efficacy Adapter increase your max end by a total of about 4%. I would redeploy those slots. Focused Accuracy has a hefty endurance cost and requires end reduction. You get a lot more mileage adding enhancements to Quick Recovery (+30% recovery) than Physical Protection (+12.5% recovery). Uunflappable - Brute (War Mace).mbd -
Changing this would solve a lot of problems. Brotherly Love badge in Drowning in Blood trial has a 30s window. Cathedral of Pain trial has a 35s window for taking down the 3 resonators.
