SS always stacked with the support set auras, since launch. Thats what I meant earlier about having to relearn a decade worth of ingrained game knowledge.

Which is a nerf to super speed. It makes speed pool as irrelevant as fitness now. Just give everyone inherent hasten, if I have to slot stealth IOs like every other power set (as Storm/Dark/cold could slot end instead). This doesn't differentiate builds, it homogenized a piece for all builds. It was one of those benefits to those power sets pre IOs that persisted past IOs. It persisted until this dumb change.

Im' in the fire/dark camp. Want positional soft cap, ludicrous regeneration/recovery and you could couple that with a resist app. There is old guide of camels you should search for. It's a fun read.

On live I made my 1st brute before GR. I made an Electric farm, to level, since he was dark/electric

I'm on, just less since October. And it's the new year so lots of new things to check out. Winter sale and game awards provide that. and that particular main was a synapse champ since creation. I was "let's give MC a spin and why can they see me?" Pretty sure he's the only hero that runs without celerity and SS since he wouldn't need too before. If I could get a new pool I wouldn't get SS since this change. Even my fort use celerity. I play this game becuase I remeber the mechanics and most times it's easy. Changing this particular mechanic and how it works is something I disaprove of. I don't want to relearn changed mechanics that I knew for over a decade. It not better, its actually worse. The change is worse than what came before.

Your advise is shut up and take it basically. I listed already what I did to make myself stealthable again. Can I not call it dumb and get an answer on why change the way its been since IOs were introduced.

I have a fire/dark so can't really ever have endurance issues with that hero realistically. Controller /dark has the signature regen/recovery sustain that eclipses all other like powers that can affect everyone near you. It's really good. I now have to use SS and sprint with celerity to stealth maps now as before I could use SS and stealth auras. Most builds can handle the toggles of sprint and travel power. Maybe while leveling but after Ios... Before SS and shadow fall and be invisible to mobs. Now I (have to for the same performance) run shadow fall, SS, and sprint. Thats whats dumb The endurance isn't the point. It is still a nerf to the endurance on support power sets as they now have to run sprint with celerity. And there is a difference between the price of a celerity and +5 quick foot Its more of why. What was broken about it that it needed to be changed? NOBODY has an issue with ghosting missions. The OG developer even made a class that could do it level 1.

+4 arachnos has been a pain lately. They are doing something I hadn't noticed before and something with a blind combined with -end and -def is wrecking my widow and controller. The widow was surprising as they have +perception built in, sits at incarnate AOE def and still got super blinded. Ate yellows still blind. There's also an old flashback mission (predates going rogue) for antimatter that is mobs and mobs of rad/rad defender robots. My not yet incarnated but built scrapper reset it to -1x1 Also no AVs since posi/antimater are essentially rad/rad defenders. Those toggles are no joke without ageless or barrier.

Its a nerf to both support sets with an aura (steamy mist/the cold dom one/and shadow fall) and super speed. I mean thats how I level those power sets. It makes me post o the forum instead of play the game. It makes me never want to take anything but hasten from the speed pool. Its dumb. It's a dumb change that wasn't a problem. It was a benefit of those 3 power sets. Pvp sure I get it. BUT getting my butt handed to me by clockwork because IM dragging half a map is dumb. Do i just have to get a celrity +stealth in sprint mandatory for all characters now.

Anyone know why stealth toggles not stacking in PVE became a thing. I don't like rock solid builds having to use unslotters becuase of changing how something worked since launch. I mean its a nerf to my fire controllers endurance as I have to change a run/end to a stealth IO. Really makes me think I should spend my time more constructively though.

Uhm wasn't elude added only for PVP back in the old days? This was so enemy players could actually hit SR 5% of the time and SR wasn't always being hit 80% of the time. I used SR as an examplefor the defense catch all, but it was for all defense. I think?

Sapping is best by.... Electric control. I've seen some that can zero out a monster's endurance bar in seconds. Your damage is very meh though.

Ice melee/bio scrapper is one of the fastest trap door times. Ice melee is the bee's knees on stalkers. Is ice melee bad on tankers? Frozen Aura should match FS size with the tanker inherent. I haven't seen frost on tanker yet is it not bigger on tankers? No idea why Bio/ice would be bottom 10 least played tankers unless ice is bad on tankers.

Did that with my robots time, man are they are bad Aoe at low levels. They will slowly plink every mob like a cheesy grater done very slowly. Long story short lots of resummoning in the rafters dodging enemy fire. This was done prior to me having money or any idea what p2w vender was. Know that I know more about the game get the p2w taser and grenade and aoe everything while in Bodyguard because if you have the toggle, you're going to get mezzed so embrace the KB. Its better now than it was for me since the toggle doesn't drop like it did then. Slot OF in the t1 pets works since arsonist has aoe at those levels. Praetoria arcs also give out temp weapons. Use them. Carry purples for the elite bosses.

If you are MM /Traps your better off putting OF in the T1 pets. I wouldn't waste a Ragnarök proc in there but some might disagree.

It can take several. Res debuff and a damage proc or the BU pet proc. Normally with 4 expedient reinforcement. Also FF for high chance of +recharge on cast. With KB/KD

Alot easier to hit the soft cap on the defender storm. Let's you proc storm more and Tornado with procs is the monster that breaks pylon tests (because it can't run a way). Freezing rain/-resist, SM def/res, and a bigger heal (also more slow). Not sure if Tornado is more - def or not for the defender, or if they are exact copies.

It was discussed in the proc testing in the defender forums. If you have the slots its worth putting procs in caltrops. The KD proc does not turn it into a KD patch FYI. Poison trap and AM are the big ones though. The drones proc nothing.

The hostless can be held, and on the last encounter there is a hold mechanic that reduces roms regen by 50%. Both this and doms can do it. However something about this game favors Buff/Debuff over straight damage. Additionally the Shout of command was changed to not make controls useless.

FSC does not do more damage than burn with procs in it. There's /fire and a solo farm and there's /fire on a team. On a team nuke/Judgment>follow tank and then Burn/FSC. and TAOE from primary. Consume isn't necessary but nice as it makes you resist sapping if you cast it before said sapping. Carnis are the only thing I use it on.
