  1. START Vendors offer 5 free enhancements at the start, bonus attack powers, skipping the need for earned levels to have some additional firepower at level 1. And for some influence you can get both an individual and team mission teleporter that skips you right to the door of an instanced mission, buffs to your attack, defense, and survivability, and even more attack and travel powers. Some people choose not to use any of the START vendor optional stuff, or maybe just a little bit. It doesn't hurt the game for anyone else how they choose to use or not use the options. Null the Gull lets you skip past the need to run alignment missions to switch alignments, and doing so immediately gives you access to the alignment power of the alignment you choose rather than having to wait 7 days. But people still run alignment missions despite the shortcut being there. There already exists ways to skip through aspects of the game, ignoring what used to be considered necessary time sinks. And since we're talking about base storage and changes to the game, let's talk about prestige being turned off so that anyone can create a supergroup and build a base for each character they create, as big as they want with every amenity available at zero cost... at level 1. Again, people can create as much storage space as they want and it hasn't stopped the game economy from working. You are perfectly entitled to not want to see options added, but don't make up reasons for not wanting it that are obviously false. I mean, if you want to, I guess go ahead, but I'll happily point out the fallacy rather than just "agree to disagree." I mean, since when are you Mr. Agree to Disagree anyhow? I've seen you like a dog with a bone vehemently naysaying some people's ideas because you don't like the idea of it, and you refuse to just let those arguments sit with a simple agree to disagree. So come on, give me better arguments than the game economy will suffer or just admit you're making up excuses because you don't want the change.
  2. START Vendors and Null the Gull are all about bypassing and ignoring parts of the game that people don't like. So is AE. So are a lot of things. I fail to see why storage is the line that can't be crossed, especially when your reasoning for it is categorically false.
  3. Well, I disagree with your premise of hoarding vs reusing things, and I think the existence of all this potential storage proves that your concerns are unfounded. It comes off as more doom and gloom "people won't sell the stuff I want and I disagree with that" than anything else.
  4. It's not about need, it's about making that storage easier. Why should we have to make alts just to mule around more stuff? It's obvious that more isn't hurting the economy as you say, so not wanting it for false reasons seems kind of petty.
  5. It all feels so empty. I wish enemies could spawn out there, like shadow shard natives or maybe rikti come out of those motherships if you get too close.
  6. Everyone has a great deal of storage space with having personal bases already, additional storage by just dropping stuff in the auction house without posting it, 1000 character slots per server to mule stuff around, and a fairly decent on character storage capacity. Despite all that, the market does fine.
  7. There are better ideas floating around for new MM primaries, but that's the one primary they haven't added anything to. How about a Pie in the Face blaster primary?
  8. I'd be okay with kill all missions if there were fewer of them.
  9. I also learned that if I fly too far off the map to see what's in the great beyond, it will just deposit me on the slopes of the ski lodge part of the map.
  10. The hole in Pocket D. I'm guessing this existed on Live, so for the entire time that I've played both on Live and HC, only just learned about it.
  11. I just found this today. How did I never know about this in all the years the game has existed?
  12. If you end up in court for that, chances are you're also facing the robbery charges for the casino heist... so make a deal with the DA to testify against your teammates for reduced charges, and do it quick before your team tries to do the same to you.
  13. The Groovemaster, obviously uses Groove Is In The Heart by Deee-Lite
  14. That isn't why you beat her down. It's just coincidence.
  15. No office required. The graveyard badge is a pretty large area, Clubber lets you get it anywhere in Pocket D... the construction areas are fairly obvious.
  16. Conversely, I'd like to see the beam rifle animations added to a number of other powersets, like fire blast for a flamethrower theme, or ice blast for a coldthrower theme, and electric blast for an zapp gun. Why not everything? Psychic blast? Just using my synaptic disruptor.... Water blast? this is my super soaker 5000.
  17. I on the other hand would like this not only for beam rifle but also dual pistols. Let me blast little projectiles from my hands. If I want to justify as gun gauntlets, then give me gun gauntlets as a costume piece to choose from. On the other hand, shoulder mounted and gun gauntlets sound like a fun alternate option for assault rifle.
  18. I believe I would like to see more features added.
  19. We seem to be missing a few roles in our heist.
  20. Hardest part was the back end. It ended up being a little sportier than I wanted.
  21. I'm ready for all the road trips, but what I really need is a placeable motorcycle, which we have a model of in game for one of the minions of the thugs MMs.
  22. You mean like the affectionate cute nickname of Hami, give as a direct reference and Hami-O's as the name of the special enhancements it drops.
  23. Need a construction day job, badge and there's plenty of places to get it. Faultline, Steel Canyon, Boomtown, Talos Island, Kallisti Wharf, and probably some places in the Rogue Isles, too. But what's the award that comes with parking in that day job location?
  24. Sally is a monster. Monsters must be defeated. I have no issue with taking shots at a monster in the lake that always returns. The defeated monster may not feel like fighting people with powers and just wants to run away, but that doesn't mean it's peaceful. There's lots of times we don't see Sally, so we don't know what she's up to. She could be under the lake plotting the downfall of the Croatoan people, or she could be snacking on NPC peoples that she's quietly dragged under. Prove that the monster isn't monstrous, and I'll agree that maybe we should only be taking pictures or other nonviolent confirmations of her existence.
