Is Kallisti Wharf part of Paragon City or an adjacent city? The reason I ask is because the Paragon Transit Authority is present there with the tram, but the PPD drones are replaced by a different drone. Instead of the familiar red and blue police lights, the KW drones have 2 blue lights and they have a black shell and different lettering. Not to mention the architecture looks noticeably different from the rest of Paragon City.

Damage is king. For blasters, controllers, corruptors, defenders, and dominators, I will ignore defense and resistance to increase my damage; any defense or resistance that I pick up in set bonuses or a side effect of power usage is incidental. For sentinels, stalkers, and scrappers, I put varying degrees of effort into defense/resist, but again damage is priority. Brutes and tankers should be able to weather the brunt of a mob attacking, and so I will try to find the balance of damage and defense/resist with more focus on mitigating the incoming attacks and then leftover efforts to the damage. Brutes come with a nice damage bonus because of fury, and tanks can bring the pain but aren't really intended to be the damage dealer, so I'm happy when I can keep some damage in my tanker builds. Masterminds? I don't play masterminds.

Code of Conduct is intentionally left to the discretion of those enforcing it, which means that some content might be questionable but allowed because it doesn't really promote something harmful or illegal but acknowledges that such things exist, while other examples might be removed even if it seems less objectionable because one of the GMs feels it could become problematic. The thing is that official content is just that: official. It was approved or sanctioned by the powers that be before the current iteration of the game under Homecoming, and while the Homecoming team's enforcement may be a little more or less heavyhanded at times than the original team, they're not here to rewrite the content of the original team to fit the rules established for Homecoming players.

Some people just don't like hypocrisy. If they see official content that would be removed if created by a player, then the rule itself should be questioned. Questioning the rule doesn't mean anything will come of it, but at least pointing out the hypocrisy will be enough to satisfy some.

So you want a universal set that can be slotted into hold, immobilize, and presumably sleep, disorient, confuse, and knockback?

The control sets we have are universal. The universal part of the damage sets are that they can be slotted into any damage power regardless of being melee, melee AoE, ranged or ranged AoE because most of the damage sets are limited by these categories. The control sets fit into ranged or ranged AoE, and I don't think there's any melee controls. Same for all other set types (defense, healing, resist, etc). Only damage is broken up into sub groups, so only damage gets a universal damage set(s).

Correct, though I think nekkidtruth meant not customizable in that you can set areas like eyes, head, gloves, body, etc. Some of these have multiple settings that fit in the theme, you can only pick one setting and it's pretty much the whole body or nothing.

if I had to guess, since the possibility of adding more auras was established awhile back, I'm guessing that there's no desire to go forward with the idea. Maybe because it would render many of the extra aura options gained through prismatic aethers pointless and no one would spend 250 of them for each aura obtained.

So should we also get nonspellcasting options for the sorcery pool for people that want the powers without ruining their tech, natural or science theme also?' Ideally everything should have alternate options because more options is always better.

Yes, please, for the power buffs. But only for those can fight. The noncombat NPCs should not be able to become uber-monsters just because they were hit with a tomato. I'm pretty sure most NPCs can't be targeted with snowball, but trainers can and it would be lots of fun to see them hit back with a fury that dwarfs the power of the well itself. For those other NPCs that can be targeted, let them be taunted and turn into moderate threats but be unable to be targeted as hostiles while they slowly whittle a tomato-thrower down. The only way to get them off your back is to run away.

Obviously to put them on global ignore so that they can never be invited again. Also possibly ridiculed later. When are we going to get a throw tomato action to show our disdain for an individual? It would be like the snowball but available year round. It's effectively harmless, but add a strong taunt effect to it for when it's used on enemy NPCs. No, in fact, let it also taunt friendly NPCs into being a temporary enemy. Would be nothing funnier than seeing Ms. Liberty put the smack down on someone throwing tomatoes at her. Showing disdain for the police drones? **ZAP**

The winter event starts 2 weeks before winter begins and ends 2 weeks into winter. The Halloween event starts a month before Halloween and usually persists a few days after. The summer blockbuster used to be a summer event but was made an all-year-long thing. Why should spring be any different by making sense?

Asking if anyone higher level is not bait and switch or even an issue. It's offering the option for higher level people to retain more of their powers. If you are one of those higher level people with the mentality that if you wanted to lead you would have recruited, then don't volunteer. Unless the star is forced on you, I don't see an issue with the recruiter asking.

I find the overuse of titles to be a disturbing trend. Like, sure go ahead and use a title if it suits your character, but when I see characters with doubled up titles like what you're showing, such as The Famous Fabulous Ice Minstrel Showstopper, I'm generally not thinking, "Ooh, someone put thought into their character," I think that's someone overthinking the process. The Legendary Mythic Heraclea? Which is it, legendary or mythic? Even if it is both, is it both in equal measure? I remember reading The Amazing Spider-man and The Spectacular Spider-man comics... but they never made The Amazing Spectacular Spider-man for a reason.
