What is the badge for visiting the Hero-1 memorial in the Atlas Park city hall called? How do you earn it? I know you have to visit the cape three times, but what are the particulars of that? Does some amount of time need to pass between visits? Do you have to click the plaque?

Do the badges award to everyone on the team, or just the mission owner?

First, the Rikti would have to come to the conclusion they cannot win their war here on Earth. Then representatives from the UN Security Council, Vanguard, the US State Department, Paragon City officials, Statesman (secretly Tyrant), and many others would have to sit down with Rikti representatives and sign peace accords. A plan to dismantle the walls, while keeping some sort of safeguard in place, would need to be drawn up. Funding would need to be secured. (I imagine a reasonable tax on Wentworth's might be enough.) Then construction contracts... It would be a lot of effort.

For a DB/SR set up, which would be better, scrapper, or brute? And why.

The placeable letters. Can we get half-size versions?

A target dummy would be great to have. You could use it to really see what an attack or other power action would look like. Useful when you're playing around with colors and such.

Hmmm... the mega badge tracker spreadsheet says Escapist is for leaving Praetoria for Primal Earth after completing one of the four story arcs (Warden, Crusader, Responsibility, or Power). Is this accurate? What happens if you hit level 20 and leave Praetoria without having completed any of the four greater arcs? I guess what happens is you don't get the Escapist badge. And I don't believe the "leaving Praetoria through the rift" mission is available in Ouroboros.

Unless Escapist is not awarding properly, it is not for leaving Praetoria for Primal Earth. I have several Praetorians who have become heroes and villains and none of them have the Escapist badge. Can someone verify what it is for now? Because if it *is* for leaving Praetoria, I need to petition it multiple times. Obliterator is now for completing the complete Resistance (Crusader) story arc.

Round one of the Seed of Hamidon takedown went smashingly well. Twenty people showed up. I formed a league which I redistributed into three teams. We got both badges. Seed went down pretty quickly. Fun for all! I'll run it again in several hours at 6pm EST. Thanks for everyone who came out. Special thanks to @Rocketeur for helping me lead the fray.

I would play Sonic Melee, but it doesn't exist. I would pair it up with Sonic Armor. But that doesn't exist either... 😞

What are the power sets that have an attack with a built in teleport? Savage Melee, Shield Defense, the Leaping pool... Any others?

Awesome! How about we run this twice on Saturday. 10am EST and 6pm EST. I have at least a couple characters that would like to collect these badges. I'll start advertising in the LFG channel about a half hour before those times.

I know we do momship raids and (regular) Hamidon raids every night, but do we ever do the Seed of Hamidon raid in First Ward at all? I've never done it and I have some characters who keep telling me to get it done.

Which zone are they in? I noticed the SG portal in Mercy Island isn't awarding time toward Monitor Duty.

Personally, and I have not run the numbers and made studies of it as some folks do, I prefer the scrapper crit ability over the brute fury ability. Depending on character concept, I'll choose whichever one fits best.

That is unfortunate. I fingered as much, but I thank you for your very prompt reply. Any possibility of trainwhistle being switched to right-hand animation, or is that a big to-do with too little benefit?

I would really like to see a Sonic Armor power set for the melee ATs and Sentinels. Sort of a Sonic Resonance, but for self. Resistance based, obviously. Sonic Barrier and Sonic Haven would be a good start. Make them toggles, of course. A PBAoE toggle version of Disruption Field would be cool. A toggle or click self Clarity. Sonic Cage could be in the Sentinel version of the set.

So, I remade my character Trauma Train recently and gave him the Shields power set. Super happy with his current set up: Martial Arts/Shields Scrapper. Unfortunately, he lost his signature emote, the trainwhistle. Apparently it doesn't work with Shields. I suppose it is because the shield is on his left arm and the emote is done using the left arm. I am super sad I won't be able to toot my horn and then Shield Charge into the fray. Can the trainwhistle emote be altered so that it is the right arm doing it? Alternatively, can it be made to work even though the shield is out? Is it a bug that it doesn't work?
