in Atlas Park today, I was hopping over to the police station from the Wentworths and I came across an NPC I've never seen before. Representative Manzini. I clicked him, but he does nothing. Says nothing. Who is he? Have I just never seen him before? If he is new, which I think he is, maybe he'll be tied into the anniversary stuff coming up. Maybe there is another similar NPC in Mercy. Anyone familiar with this Rep?

If you right click on a player or their name in chat, you can write a note about them and give them stars. The stars will be visible above them when you see them running around.

I kinda like the idea of a new MM primary that summons Arachnos if you are Villain or Rogue, and Longbow if you are Hero or Vigilante. Oh... or even better. Arachnos if you're Villain, Crey if you're Rogue, Longbow if you're Hero, or Wyvern if you're Vigilante. Make those alignments have meaning. /jtraumatrain

I usually only click someone on ignore if they're spamming BS over and over. I put a dude on ignore on a mothership raid once because he kept spamming his RP shtick over and over. It was probably his F10 battle cry. After the raid, I unignored him. A day or two ago (all days run together now) he joined a team i was on. He threw out his shtick when he joined the team and then again when he had to leave. Notes and stars, on the other hand, I'll use a bit. PvP a-holes (not PvPers in general, just the real a-holes) get one star. Jackasses get two stars. People who want to run off solo while on teams get three stars. Eda gets five stars - so I can spot her more easily at MSRs, and because she's a real trooper to run that twice nightly. (Thanks, Eda!)

I agree with the Ice Patch. An additional change I'd like to see would be other animation options for the swords. Make them more ice fists. (I really dislike the swords, but love the idea of frozen over fists. The swords stop me from taking Ice Melee or Fire Melee for more than a few levels.) If those sword attacks had frozen fists, I'd put up with the Ice Patch, to be honest.

I really like this idea. In general I think the tutorials could be more comprehensive. But, this is a really good idea.
