    Some powers, like Sonics, give -resistance to the targets. I'd like to see Resistance Debuff enhancements to slot in those types of powers.

    No worries! We did the second Billy Heck story arc and then all of Angelo Vendetti. Easy enough to catch up. We turned XP back on in Vendetti's final mission and everyone hit level 10. Next week we'll do Radio. And we also have Veluna Lunata and Dr. Grave's second arc.

    I'm currently at level 4 with XP turned off. I'm doing the low level, Atlas Park origin contacts. I've cut down a bunch of Skulls on these missions, but my defeat badge progress bar for them is barely moving. Investigating, I have discovered that the lady Skulls on these missions are not counting toward the badge. The man Skulls count just fine.
