I'm currently at level 4 with XP turned off. I'm doing the low level, Atlas Park origin contacts. I've cut down a bunch of Skulls on these missions, but my defeat badge progress bar for them is barely moving. Investigating, I have discovered that the lady Skulls on these missions are not counting toward the badge. The man Skulls count just fine.

Sgt. Schorr is an great contact to run. The missions are fun and the targets are colorful. The summons rewards are nice. I wish there was a completion badge, but we can't have everything I suppose.
