They don't provide any dates, but one of the other polls with CoH in it has been open since the 10th of Dec.

That character reminds me of a Bubbler I had on Legacy named Rainbow Sherbet, with her costume and all her powers coloured lime green, yellow and pink. I could only play her for a limited amount of time for obvious reasons.

Pretty much all of my character's powers are built around a theme, because I usually come up wit a concept for a character prior to powerset selection, then select the powersets to fit the character. One of my main characters on Legacy, Clepsydra, was a water/time character prior to CoH getting Water, so I used Fire that was coloured like water and some of her attacks became "steam" attacks. It worked rather well.

Will do. I've not noticed any recently, used to bug instances where I found it back in Legacy. For those unaware of what z-fighting (also called stitching) is: I ran across it more on indoor maps than outside.

I have often wished both during Legacy and now that there was a Random character generation button for Origin/Arch/Powersets, not just the costume creator. For the times when I just couldn't decide.

Perhaps provide your settings/scaling info/system info. That may provide further clues to the devs on where the issue lies with regards to clickable areas not aligning with their respective buttons.

This is on a new character I take it? Can you provide a screenshot of the character? I know some costume pieces have restrictions, but I've not seen an issue with being unable to change skin colour.
