Before doing the event, check for any candy canes you may have retained from previous winter events. Use them at the vendor and you can purchase all but 3 of the mission reward badges. Then you just need to get those 3 plus Lady Winter, Lord Winter, Winter Lord, Toy Collector and 100 Winter Horde defeats 1. Run Lady Winter mission, if you can solo her (and yes you can), then defeat her for her badge and claim one of the 3reward badges. Then run it 2 more times for the other 2 reward badges. 2. Host or join a Lord Winter event. 3. Go to Atlas Park and form or join a team to spawn and destroy Winter Lord, he is farmed a lot in Atlas 4. The Baby New Year mission: go into it and defeat Snaptooth, then logout to reset the mission and repeat this 4 times for Toothbreaker badge. If you have Mark and Recall you can easily get BNY to the exit. 5. Set the BNY mission to max spawn and farm it for Winter Horde defeat badge, farm the Tuatha badge and red cap defeat badge 6. Pick a nice quiet zone to collect Presents for Toy Collector. There is a total of 21 winter badges, not counting Toothbreaker as that is listed among the Spring badges on the Events tab so it is mainly a spring badge that you can also get in the Winter Event.

Defeating the Shining Stars in the last mission isn't needed. You can go into the entrance to the zig without fighting them. BTW: if you and teammates have Mark and Recall.......mark the spot at the start of the last mission, rescue Bile, as soon as he rearms himself and is ready to be led out, activate Mark and Recall. Trust me. :) Note: if Manticore has arrived then take him out first for Tarnished Star.

Even if you don't need the Winter Horde snowmen, BNY is a great mission for Tuatha and Red Caps.

Presuming you are someone that keeps their candy canes from previous events then you should be sufficiently stocked on them for this. New character for the event can buy all previous Winter Event badges plus the Joyful badge from the vendor in the ski chalet. This leaves you needing the following badges: 1. Lady Winter 2. Lord Winter instanced event 3. Winter Lord in any zone, open presents and smash snowmen until he spawns, can be done solo but can be quicker with team opening presents and smashing snow men 4. 3 of the mission reward badges, if your character is tough enough to solo Lady Winter that is my suggestion. 5. Toy Collector for clicking 200 presents, badge credit not shared with teammates, this is a solo badge. Along the way you should get the duplicating gift power from a present. Activate an alt account, use the power on the alt, delete the power from your main toon, alt then uses the power on you for the 2 badges. For the Baby New year mission, set to 8 spawn and clear the outside of Tuatha and snow men, clear the cave of the redcaps, defeat snaptooth, then reset the mission without rescuing BNY, repeat for a total of 5 times and you have the toothbreaker badge and after 3 of 4 runs of the mission you have the badge for defeating Tuatha, the badge for 100 snowmen, and possibly the badge for defeating red caps. 21 badges total from the event. 6 badges from the ski slopes but they are open all year.

Winter event is fine for Toothbreaker badge, I send in an alt and defeat Snaptooth, then log out to reset the mission and repeat 4 more times for Toothbreaker. Also along the way, I have the spawn size maxed for clearing the Tuatha (takes about 4 runs of the mission), the snow men for the 100 defeat badge and also clear the cave of red caps.

IN the Halloween Banner event when all banners are down you get a distance to target indicator in your nav compass that helps you locate the giant to take down. Could this be added to all the giants in the game? Example: in Winter event in a zone you get the big message that WL has spawned but then you are searching everywhere for him. OR in Nerva when Caleb is spawned you can't see him until you are up close but a distance to target indicator would help.

Franchise to revive: Battlestar Galactica, the original series MINUS the Galactica 1980 garbage. The fleet is still seeking Earth, a new generation of heroes now runs the fleet, like say the grandson of Apollo, Apollo's sister commands the Galactica itself....

Was hoping for a final fight with Nick and LaCroix, Nick did defeat him in the first episode and could do it again but this time he makes sure that LaCroix's ashes are scattered and thus cannot return and then as a reward becomes mortal again.

I enjoyed the Sentinels novels and now that all the rights issues with Robotech appear to be resolved, would love to see them do a new anime that shows the adventures of Rick and Lisa and the SDF3

Any chance they can be increased from say 5 to 10 transfers with the same 72 hour replenishment or perhaps an option at Luna in Ouro for the price of say 500 merits you can obtain a transfer token if you are out of them and need to transfer before they replenish?

This badge is the anniversary badge from live for the launch of COV It awards to alts that do not yet have it if they are logged in during the month of November.

Nice animation quality, overall fun story. Also it does mention in one episode about alternate timelines, etc. thus separating this from the other movies. Some interesting twists in terms of the plot.

A question about the name release: does it look at the actual level of the character or the trained level of the character. Example: I finish power leveling an alt to 50, but the alt isn't trained to 50 yet. Let's say the alt is still trained to level 10. Is the name held for a year or forever?

Ah then soaking damage in a mercy fire or farming heal badges should still be okay, preferably after the event is over.

Quick question "Using TFs and AE mode to bypass the AFK logout timer may result in being disconnected by a GM. " Is that in the raid zones or in general?
