I did like Instant Healing boosting all healing powers when in use. That seemed like an interesting way to do things. Boost the regen it does without changing it's owns numbers.

I was around for all that too. And it's not like I'm against the idea, I just see that less than likely. My suggestions were purely on the idea of improving the set without to much reversal on it.

For the Resilience understand it's not that I would be against it. I'm just not sure if it would be considered OP if it had it or not. I feel the -Regen Resist is a little more important for a Regen tho. As for the Slow Resist, note my changes kept it click happy as it didn't change the set in terms of how the powers work. As for the half effectiveness, is because it would be combining two powers. So would your idea be to give Stalkers Fast Healing and Quick Recovery in 1 power, where all else have to take 2 powers? I just suggest the 1/2 effectiveness as a way to not try to go OP on it compared to others. As a Scrapper/Brute I'd think one would take both powers and a Stalker would get them in 1 power plus the best stealth power in game as that second choice? I have a Staff/Regen Stalker, would hate to try to suggest something that may be OP or unfair? 😛 In theory, a Stalker should get hit less than Scrapper and Brute, due to the added Defense, so would have less damage to regen, and as they can keep going back into Hide during combat, that should mean less AOE hits. As for Integration, I'm sure it can be tested, but I'd hate for it to go lower, but I'd also like all my regen to be enhanced 🙂

Resilience - Give it a Resist boost (12.68 base Resist vs 9.68 base Resist - Scrapper/Brute/Stalker numbers) and put -Regen Resist AND MAYBE -Rec/-END Resist here. This is the Resilience power. Fast Healing - add Slow Resist here. Look at the name...Fast Healing. Recovers from the slows faster too! That all said...could put the slow resist in Resilience instead of Fast Healing. Especially if avoid giving it the -Rec/-End Resist. I'm not to worried about it myself, but I can see the arguments for it. I wouldn't put any of it in Quick Recovery, as Stalkers don't get Quick Recovery. Integration - Add that 50% to the percentage that can be enhanced! What is it 100% can be enhanced while 50% can't? Let us enhance it all! MoG - I've suggested it before, allow it to last 20-30 seconds! However, after reading the one post, I don't think I ever suggested 30 seconds and REDUCE some of those buffs! Go from 71.25/71.25 Resist/Defense to 50/50 (?) Resist/Defense. Still capping the resists if they take Resilience and soft capped defense. So a bit of buffer for those -defense moments, but not as good. Edit: However, thinking on this, 30 seconds would likely be to powerful due to Incarnate abilities at 30 seconds. 18 (to cover cast time) to 20 seconds is likely better bet without going OP, if I'm correct on 30 seconds even at 50/50 being to much. For Stalkers they could also combine Fast Healing and Quick Recovery into one power at half effectiveness of both powers...Fast Recovery! As a Regen player, I think I've been a bit more annoyed at the Terrorize over other things, but we all have are "Gah!" moments, and I can see why people would hate the -End/-Rec Resist hole, when new sets all seem to have it AND have +Rec options. These changes may not give it the huge boost of survival to equal others, but they may give players a bit more time to react with the 3 click heals! Integration is regenning a little more, Resilience is resisting just a little more.

I can tell you now, I have never had to worry about ET's -HP on any Scrapper, no matter than Secondary.

I feel WP doesn't feel like Regen, though they both sort of do the same thing. While WP is a regen set, I'm not 100% on liking that my regen concept needs to have enemies around them to regen. I know that aspect would just be the meta and I can work around it, but still, I like Regen for not needing enemies around them. Also, playing both, I feel both could use some tweaks (with WP maybe needing the less tweaks).

I got WS to 50 first, as I wanted to use it's human form powers for the character concept based off a one of strip of a web comic 🙂 Darkness powers elsewhere just didn't seem the same for it 🙂

I love using the human powers to much! Human form PB is easily the most Superman/Captain Marvel feeling of ATs in game imo. I do feel keeping it to game lore of Kheldian keeps it from being my main tho 😛 However I love my build and Eye Blast use is always nice!

This was my build and I leveled it up with this order of powers. Nova is used for the AOE (bound to mouse key...switch to Nova and then switch back which fires the Nova Targeted AOE before going back to human) and goes back to human. Dwarf is used when I'm mezzed or need an additional heal. I should bind the AOE or Taunt for when going back to human. @Ston Was using Barb Swipe vs Lunge purely on the animation time? Looking at MIDS (and it can be wrong of course) once procs are involved, it looks like Lunge pulls ahead in terms of DPS. Barb Swipe with 5 Procs and +3 ACC/DAM edges out 6 Procs just a bit in MIDs. Also, Throw Spines with 6 Procs looks like less damage than Lunge with the same animation time. So would you still use TS for Single Target?

Run TFs (at 50 Apex/Tin Mage is a good 30-40 minute run for 80 Merits), Hami Raids...you can get that billion dollar build easily enough. 🙂

To really make those spines mean, I'd suggest Bio Armor, however if it's Min FX isn't minimal enough for you, I'd suggest Electric Armor. Cap those resists and it comes with another Damage Aura, something new, that Regen didn't have.

Depends on the Tank. Reactive Defense and Shield Wall will give you +8% Resist to base (RD giving more as you get damaged). Getting 6.7% from the Tanker ATO. 5 piece of Might of the Tanker (Which gives you the +Resist Proc) gives another 6% Psi Resist. Bound to get a little more past that point thru other set bonuses. I won't generally try to slot the 6% Psi Resist IOs unless I have the spare slots.

Fire/Bio/Psi Sentinel - Muscularture Radial - Hybrid (Passive Only) - Spectral Radial 3:05 for 335 DPS Will have to unlock and try this with Degenerative 🙂 I did use Parasitic Leech when it was up for the -Regen Edit: Oh! Forgot, I was going with Blaze > Mind Probe > Dominate > Blaze > Fire Blast > Fire Ball > Repeat

Was not full at my theatre on opening day, but let me say, while I didn't care for Mutt, I neither wished his character dead and my problems with KotCS was some of the CGI scenes more than anything...gah, that monkey vine swing scene...how did they not see that as being so bad? For tDoD, it was an okay Indy film. It was a terrible send off. Never should've killed off Mutt. That was a terrible choice. Wombat and her wannabe Short Wound, not the best. I have heard people complain about the CGI/Old Indy voice on the face of younger Indy...didn't bother me. I did love seeing Marion at the end tho 🙂 -

I know I have all the badge locals memorized for AP and SC but, you only have to get all the badges in 1 zone to unlock LRT. After that, it's just one badge per zone to teleport back to it. -

I figured it was intentional. 6% F/C Resist on Purples and Winter Event IOs...make players choose. -
The power is not only much more than a stealth power, it combines with the stealth IO for invisibility. It's always worth taking it.

Only time I've ever seen anyone complain is when people forget to turn it off when on an escort mission.

I did know about Chrono being off by 16 seconds, but this is happening while Chrono is still in effect. Is City of Data up to date?
