Oh, I would never bank on a MCU movie making a billion dollars. It's a billion dollar franchise, but most of those movies haven't made that much. Which is why they need to cut back on some of those budgets (without skimping on CGI). I also don't think this Cap will be the 11th out of them all to make over a billion. That said, is that why the reshoots?! Yes. Really. What were they thinking?

I'll usually use threads for the first Alpha Slot. Emp Merits transferred from another character or the 120 you get with a level after 50. Again, threads and incarnate salvage for t2 Alpha. Shards and Notice of the well for t3. Then for second t1, shards, then threads again for t2, then shards and notice for t3. t4 will depend on lots of factors, but I can do it with 2 notices and shards, I will.

He wasn't wearing one as the Falcon, so I'm guessing that's why no helmet as Captain America.

Did a little checking out... Interesting on Shifting Tides. Looks like if placed on an ally it stays going, but I can also just place it on an enemy. Just can't place it on self. Wellspring only gives 5% Defense (unlsotted) on Defender and it's a click that appears to stack. Can this just be turned into a Toggle the likes of Force Field Generator? Whitecap I love, however, as it puts you into melee with everything, it would be nice to have the defense to not get killed with it. Brine...hmmm...looks like it's -Resist can stay perma on a target with slotting so not so bad imo. Soothing Wave didn't look to aggro, is that supposed to be that way, when it does -DMG to enemies? Interesting on healing others. That cone can miss teammates standing right next to you. Honestly trying to decide if I should reroll my Cold/Water to Marine/Water or leave Cold/

Does Captain America need one? Walker looked terrible with one imo. Rogers did not. Or are you talking Wilson? Yeah, he lacked one in the miniseries, wonder if he'll have one in this one. Or are they just avoiding it, because he'd take it off to much?

Doesn't the T9 have an animal with it though? That said, I would hope lots of different options in the animal department. Not all natural either. A nice metal spider would be cool. Still, it feels like one would need some sort of animal with the concept for that T9.

I like the idea of the set, except for the spirit animal. It becomes like Bio, limiting in use due to FX 😕

Mine's Bio/Spines symbiote user named, "Shadow-Spider" and she just comes out feeling all tough and powerful, been loving her 🙂

I recently made a Bio Armor tank and I'm loving it. Bio helps with that damage side of things, while feeling tough on a Tanker.

For Peacebrings at the very least, I wouldn't go with anything Resist based except for Psi Resist. They cap everything with Lightform.

While I wasn't at 4/8 on my DB/WP, when I soloed ITF, I think that is what some people forget. KNOW WHEN TO RUN AWAY! 😛 I had to run away and reset on Rommy multiple times before I did it without dying.

I think, if I was to give Warshades and Peacebringers Epic Pools that help them on their chosen forms, it would be Pools that offer passive abilities that help shore up that forms weakness or strengthens it. Quick Example Peacebringer Human Form Passive (no slots) Chance for Extra Energy Damage (so Human form attacks gain a damage proc) Passive +DMG Passive +ToHit/+Perception Toggle or Passive +Psychic Resist Toggle Energy Damage Aura

Well in that regard, it would've been the original. I would disagree on the idea of something new being woke. That's even the anti-woke's saying often enough "Quit making my stuff woke and make something original if that's what you want." Of course, if it failed, they might blame those who say "Don't be woke!" for not showing up 😛

Going to have to agree with this. I soloed (no Incarnates) ITF with a DB/WP Scrapper, but it wasn't at 4/8. Incarnates would make it easier for sure. Honestly, I was wondering if Bio Tank may not be one of the better picks for soloing. Offensive mode is going to help it's ST DPS a lot, while being tough and sturdy.

I think it's more a matter of the intent in things and how they go about it. 2016 failed at it. Their promotion didn't help it, but as someone who saw it in theaters because I was going to make up my own mind and personally didn't think the CGI looked bad, I have to say, the movie just wasn't good 😛 That said, I also have no issue with reboots which 2016 was. Other's for some reason do. It's like Star Trek: TNG. It would be considered woke by many today, but in it's day it's episodes were usually well written and when they tried to make some blatant point about some cause/injustice/agenda/what have you and it was written badly, it was usually called out. The TNG episode of holes in space due to warp speed comes to mind as a universally thought of cringe episode (by the cast as well the last I read). It never helps when a failure blames what is generally the main fanbase either. Though, I think some things get over blown at one bit of possible slight as well.

It never changed back after a couple of days. When I hit level 47, I slotted it with the others, it said level 10. I unslotted it, said it was level 10. Logged out and back in and still level 10. So I just sold it on the market and bought rebought one and got more +5s, as after that point, I couldn't think of what to do until later I thought I could've waited till level 50 and slot it again to see.

Max/WB/Discovery needed to make money, so they've been selling off shows and movies to other streaming services 😕 Batman: Under the Red Hood for instance isn't on Max anymore. Hope Bruce Timm doesn't self insert Batman and Batgirl again.

I would think, if you keep it at a good damage PBAOE for it's animation time, with it's radius, would be enough of a sell for it, that it wouldn't have to be a NUKE level in terms of damage. It would also give Stalker's a nice PBAOE.
