  1. So, there doesn't seem to really be much of a change between using -HP Proc and using a Damage Proc like Preemptive.
  2. Love the Vengeful Slice animation myself, it's the 1k Cuts I didn't care for. BF > Attack Vitals > Repeat worked very well for me on live and when I was looking it over, I believe it could be made to do even better now.
  3. That's likely more because of many players wanting to be tough and self reliant, than relying on their team.
  4. Done all Scrapper on all the regular TFs and Apex and Tin Mage. Always fun 🙂
  5. I felt they were pretty standard except for PR, though lots of sets have long attacks.-
  6. Tankers and Brutes get +6 to S/L/E/N/F/C with Scrappers and Stalkers left out in the cold with just S/L and Sentinels, none. They should fix it.
  7. I will give you the Recharge Bonus. I do wish they put in some Resist in one of the sets, like the Melee ATs get.
  8. I'm not even sure I would call them so so. Not even sure I feel their bonuses are the best.
  9. Sustainable ST? TW isn't exactly End Friendly (hence why it's popular to pair it with a defense set that offers +END and/or +REC). Those Pylon times mentioned, could be built for the best dps and not damage mitigation. They aren't using Defensive Sweep for sure.
  10. Yes, but it could also be popular because it's a set that gets one feeling super strength like. You're carrying around a huge sword! Go to the other Melee AT's with access to TW and it's not nearly as popular. 5th place on Brutes, and the general feeling for most players, is Brutes do more damage. On Tanker's it falls to 6th. And on all those top times, those are some pretty tricked out builds going around. That generally rely on t4 everything.
  11. Yes, but it's only popular with a few sets. TW/BIO .. a combo that gives more damage and has ways of helping end issues. That's at #2, with the next TW combo being #13 with TW/WP. Another combo that has ways to help End Issues and no redraw. Then it falls to #23 with TW/RAD another combo that has End helping aspects. However, using the #1 position as the reason to say it's the best doesn't work well, when the #1 Secondary is Regeneration, which no one goes about saying is the best Secondary.
  12. I love Dual Pistols as a set for animations. I just wish I could dish out more ST damage with it.
  13. Been trying and trying to get a /Regen build I like that can do in PvE what my DB/WP and now StJ/NIN can do in PvE. Neither may be the fastest at farms, but both generally did okay at 4/8 setting and could solo AVs, without the use of incarnate abilities.
  14. For all these times, what is the best Interface? -HP? -Regen? Fire DMG/-Resist? Does -Regen do enough to really warrant taking it over a straight +DMG one with no -Resist secondary effect?
  15. I'm going to have to disagree. The unmovable object is just a way to find out a number, which helps people go "Will I even have the damage to take on an AV solo?" 😛 Now, surviving one it does not.

  17. Mind running that again with a different T4. Like Preemptive, to see what the difference is between more proc damage and no -HP? Or have you already?

  20. A Time Energy Armor Set. We have Time Manipulation. Take cues from that and make a melee armor set. Energy Melee on Scrappers. Ported animations as alternate animations for those which match up on animation times.
  21. With the new proc changes, it would seem Dark Consumption can be turned into a long recharge, but high damage, almost no end (.52) PBAOE. That by the DPS numbers, could be substituted in for Smite for a more powerful attack with the same animation time.
  22. Able to soft cap. Self heal. Has an End Mod ability that's basically a heal for your blue bar (I two slotted it with 2 +5 EndMod/RCH IOs and called it good). The Stealth stacks with the Strealth IO. I put a slot in Sprint instead of the Stealth power myself, so I could get the 2.25 S/L Resist bonus.

  24. See, that's what I was getting the feeling with the Time/DP...and I believe it was the build on the second page, yes. Though, looking at your build, made me realize a Proc'ed out Empty Clips will out damage Dual Wield sans putting the Purple Proc in DW.
  25. I've seen your build, and I'm curious, how it's handle going up against AVs? Have you tried soloing them? Do you know how much DPS you're putting out?
