Taking IOs into account...I felt SR was the one that lived the longest.

There is a Stealth IO for all Travel powers (Jump/Run/Fly/Teleport) Ninja's Stealth does not stack with Stealth from other powers (same for all stealth powers). HOWEVER it does stack with the Stealth IO

I ran multiple 1 stars and a 2 star just this week O.O All of them PuGs.

I was recently thinking of ways to improve Kinetic Melee myself! Concentrated Strike for sure needs a partial crit at the very least (if not full crit) I was thinking of switching Power Siphon to a toggle or passive as well. However, I was thinking the toggle could stay on. Toggle would grant 1 Siphon Stack with an attack, stack up to however many times (figure 5 to 10), 1 stack would apply +To-Hit, +DMG and -DMG to target. The idea being now it keeps the stack coming as long as you keep attacking. It's already a sort of limited time version of Fury, so this would keep it like that. Kinda like the idea of adding +RCH to the Siphon to give it a Kinetic Energy melee cousin vibe. Stalker version could be that it grants a certain number of Siphon Stacks with Build Up use. I'd also tune up Focused Burst and Repulsing Torrent. Focused Burst, imo admittedly, should be made to be a worth while attack! Not just something to pick up to have a range attack 😛 Not sure on RT other than a bit better damage to make it good additional AOE pick up. Not sure I care for the idea of a toggle I can't keep on

Besides going through Incarnate arc...ITF +4/8, TinPex TF (Tin Mage & Apex TF combo ... 5 missions total for them both and you get 40 merits each AND 1 EMP Merit, plus can get a random incarnate salvage option...if lucky it could be a Very Rare) and Hami Raids (Merits...80 on first run, 40 on all the ones after it) with the Weekly Strike Target for the Notice of the Well (for the Alpha slot)

I would put 2 lvl 50 IOs in Hasten and +5 them both (boosters available with Merits). You don't have to get it perma...though with Electric Armor, it will be easier to do since you get Lightning Reflexes. For the heal, I'd put the whole Preventive Medicine set in it. That gives you good set bonuses, which includes more recharge and the +Absorb Proc that will go off on it's own periodically.

I quite like Electric Armor and have said it's better than people think. You will want to try to max those Resists. You will want Hasten to get the Heal back faster. Keep orange inspirations on hand for that very NASTY Toxic resist.

They can also make those stories made for children, more grown up.

Would love to have cyberarm use be able to use to wear shirts and jackets! If that isn't possible, is it possible to get all the cyberarms as glove options?

Exactly! Like what they've done with Star Wars. Been terrible, when they had years of stories they could adapt to and improve for the video media (movies/shows) as they can look at and go "Okay, this worked! Let's do it! This was bad but it had potential if we change this! Let's do this!" and then maybe add in a few changes of their own.

Only TF I ever soloed was the ITF and that was just a matter of testing if I could without incarnates. Generally I enjoy teaming for that sort of thing, so I don't really attempt to solo TFs. Maybe when I get a combo that has me loving it so much I know I won't reroll to another scrapper 😛

Some of that you have to remember is you're in the middle of clearing that up. From a story stand point, you've cleaned it up. HOWEVER when the game first came out, pretty sure they didn't have the tech to have your world view keep all those criminals off the street. Later, we got some tech to do that and we see it in AP, when you complete a mission, you lose a bunch of enemies off the street. I can't recall the contact, but if you complete all the ones in AP, I believe the last contact will talk about how you cleaned up that section of the city so well none have to worry and you are sent off to the next part of the city to work on cleaning it up. So on and so on. People don't generally get through all those missions of course. Some of those design choices one has to handwave away, as the meta of the game needs enemies everywhere for everyone.

Can also slot a -Resist Proc and the Purple Damage Proc if you don't put it in Thunderstrike

I was timing it on stop watch, and it was about the same, only varying my the time I hit start and such I'm sure.

I will have to test it out. Maybe it's equal to Superior Invisibility from Illusion Control. I figured it was just a normal stealth ability.

Electric/Willpower/Soul Scrapper All T4's: Assault Hybrid Core (off) - Degenerative Radial - Musculature Radial Multiple Runs Best 3:00 (340.86 DPS) Worst: 3:24 (315.79 DPS) I know I did a couple of runs with out hitting Lighting Rod, which has the +3% to Crit and not sure if that played a factor in it, as I recall hearing that ATO doesn't activate when you zone, until you use the power it's in, but I'm not 100% on that. Hasten is just over 8 seconds from being perma. CB > JL > CI > TS > MB > Repeat. When Hasten was down, I threw in an extra CB. Did one run with the Hybrid on and it took me to 2:45 (didn't use LR in zone on it, if that is a factor) but I believe I also screwed up on the attacks at one point. I like Radial Alpha and Interface for normal content, so I will have to check to see how much it changes using the Cores (or at some point xfer to Test Server and just try it there). Edit: And lastly...love how it tells you the time when you defeat them now 🙂

I think the new fave is Ice Mastery for the Basic Blast and the Snipe.

And for ST, it wasn't bad either, at least on a Scrapper, not sure how it does for a Troller.

And with it's stealth ability, it allows one to get in close for the controls before they react, which for other sets have to rely on the secondary for that. Which is also nice, is I combine it with a stealth IO in Combat Jumping for complete invis. And the pet...SOOOO survivable!

And yet it will feel to play differently.

That said. A Dual Pistol Epic Pool for Scrappers/Stalkers would be nice!
