I’m with you on the single Rage idea, I am just thinking that if we get saddled with what’s on test, then Having it affected by other player recharge buffs really needs to be there.
Rage’s recharge not being affected by Speed Boost (or other +Speed powers) solves the issue with the Stacking and actually makes this work as intended.
The market here is far beyond better than that abominable thing once live. It doesn’t matter if it takes direct Dev intervention, farming or sacrificing Empathy to the Dark Gods, be happy that we no longer have the “grind-o-mania” crafting system.
Now, back to “zone caps for Hamidon nightly snorefests”.
Actually, I rolled Brutes because of the crap Tanker damage in comparison while solo. Brutes get to have offense while building their defenses early, unlike the current live Tanker build.
Also, the descriptive that you are looking for is “veteran”.😉
A Taunt enhancer or two will clear up your problem.
On live, Castle gave us the option of either leaving the lower aggro effectiveness in Rise to the Challenge or have Willpower nerfed a tad. Since he wasn’t burned at the stake, guess which one we picked?😁
Unless one enjoys jumping around like a giant bullfrog as their primarily means of travel while playing those armor sets, then yes, those are most definitely Required options.
I believe that you’re looking for this post. As someone that used to spend $60-70US (per character) on Store Bought Enhancements to avoid that live Market abomination, I’m 100% with you on this.😁
I really can’t say anything about this part until I have tested more. I was only able to get seven different Tankers built today, with one quick test run (which I enjoyed). I play Brutes more than Tankers at the moment, so I will definitely be looking at this metric.
I’ll adapt to whatever option I am given, however, I think that this is more beneficial to the larger playerbase.
Honestly, If Castle had just removed the Stacking element of Rage (eliminating the need for the penalties), we wouldn’t be having this conversation in the first place.
