Tested Dark/Dark Dark/Fire Both level 22 with common 25 IO slotting (and A Steadfast KB Protection IO because only a loon plays that set without it.) Difficulty: 0/x4 While they both performed well against a number of foes (Council, Tsoo, Banished Pantheon, Family), the end usage was still very high-end usage. After adding a Miracle proc to Heath, however, all of the end issues cleared up significantly (Miracle/Numina procs at minimum slotting levels are my “required slotting” on every single character before I put one drop of XP on them on live servers). I liked the way that both performed and can see one of those options joining my play rotation at some point.

I was playing around with it on my Invul/SS test tank and I also ran into the same issue. I was sure that Power Pool attacks are usually affected by AT inherents, so this might be something to look into.

I have access to so much excess rare salvage pooled into our SG bins that I don’t even have to bother buying them any longer. We maintain four bins so far, which we use and replace constantly.

You do have a point, Eva. It actually might be a better possibility by making it a limited instance.

Let’s get through the Tanker changes so that the Captain can then take a look at the other ATs that you’ve mentioned.

After testing, Handclap is getting procced with as many damage procs (after KB-KD) as can fit in it when I finally roll a SS anything.

I used to tell my friends that if the game started from scratch (in I23), that I would likely have not even played a Tanker with Brutes available to both sides. My count: Brutes - 8 Tankers - 1 (Solely to attend Tanker Tuesday) I would say that I kept my word, however, these changes actually make me very interested in my favorite AT again and I can’t wait to see how all of this turns out.❤️

Base raiding was a very cooperative part of the game to actually win. The “kill count” did not matter, only the outcome of securing the Item of Power. Aside from some kicking around with it and be asked to join a PvP league once (which led to six weeks of being able to team with Zwillinger, which was awesome), PvP is pretty much a dead system to me as well.

We all laugh, however, PvP could have been one of the most enjoyable aspects of this game if they had been able to get the base raid system to function.

I don’t need a Tanker, however, I have never teamed with you so I couldn’t answer whether or not you need one.

Also, Rylas, the AoE radius boost is dropping from 100% to 60% in the next patch, so run those two again when that happens, if you would.

“Tweak - improve (a mechanism or system) by making fine adjustments to it.” I cannot think of a better definition for IO set slotting than that.

Oh, I know the game slang use, however, you should all switch to “tweak”.

There are typed commands for obtaining every IO set at whatever level you like. It just takes a little bit of time to gather, which isn’t really bad, plus the ability to squander any IO into the trash is quite satisfying.😁

The term that you’re looking for is “tweaked”, not “twinked”.

Ulthwe, you are absolutely right. We should be doing much more testing around that level range than the high end. I’ll make a couple of 22ish (both casual and set builds) and test some as well.
