  1. I hadn't ever had that issue. The only things I could think of are bug or a weird set. BTW used to play with you on live. If you remember Night Elf, I'm his brother.

  3. My typical AOE attack chain is Melt Armor (Every other mob), Soul Drain, Fireball, SC, Dark Consumption and the only mobs left +4 are a couple bosses and maybe a lucky minion/lieut. I don't have void judgement yet but I expect it to make it even sweeter. Not great sustained AOE dps, but for mob hopping through a mission its about as fast as anything I've played. Below is the build I'm running. Great single target, great burst AOE, softcapped with mostly capped DDR, a heal, no endurance issues and permahasten. The gaussians proc in soul drain is magic.   4. I am running an ill/cold controller revived from the original COH days. I had a couple of questions on how some incarnates work with Phantom Army. I am running spectral interface, I like the containment it sets up and it seems to immobilize AVs even on T3 with 12.5% for Immob. The damage portion does not seem to be procing with Phantom Army. I may be missing it with all the ticks from the rain powers. Had anyone tested this? Also, assault hybrid chance for double hit. Will Phantom army proc this? Or is it only from the caster.     When I used to run hero stats damage auras almost always were the most damaging powers. All those 27 Dmg ticks add up.
  7. TW/SR scrapper 2:31 for 380 DPS- . Will be interesting to see when I have enough Incarnate threads to make a purely offensive build. I have the build geared more toward regen/endurance for normal gameplay now. T3 Reactive Total Radial T2 Assault Core T3 Vigor T3 Rebirth
