My SR/Fire Proc tank- >Brute damage with way >Brute survivability. SR has the ability to spend minimal slots/sets on survivability, Ageless makes End a non-factor. The focus of everything else is procs and +damage.

I wonder where the DPS point is that will make reactive >degen. 600 DPS has got to be close

That's a great idea. This build is mostly a general game play build, it keeps softcapped ranged and proc'd psynado. If I were to build a pylon destroyer I would focus more on recharge and add burnout per your suggestion.

I’ve never found perma or sub 60 second PA to be necessary on my Ill/cold. I think I’m around 61-62 without ageless or FF proc. When I do have a gap if softcapped range defense and colds ability to neuter an AV/Hero isn’t enough to survive a swing or two- I’d be doing it wrong. I feel I get much more mileage out of procing my attacks for better damage than an extra second or two off of PA.

Ice/cold corr

My Ill/Cold is my most tested and by far most powerful build. The only thing that ever slows it down are multiple AVs or multiple groups aggro'd. This plus a fly power for the winters gift unique still make socery palatable even with the nerf to ROP.

I would work in a proc'd out Infridgidate. It does roughy 250 DPS plus an additional -20 res with achilles. Combine that with all the -res this build does would hit like an absolute truck.

Cold/Ice loved it so much I made and Ice/Cold Corruptor to play it again and then a Ice/Dev Hoverblaster.

Add in rune of protection and you have the basis for perma resist capped brute /rad builds.

I have a hover blast cold/ice. Snowstorm, softcapped to range and aoe, combined with capped sl resist and a huge to hit debuff on blizzard, clarion for mez. It doesn’t really fear anything except multiple avs, double aggrod mobs and malaise/other psi dmg avs.

Most of my best theroycrafted builds are actually /electricarmor. Damage aura, conserve power replica, and +recharge.

Any reason this couldn't be converted to a hover blast build?

I used infrigidate, spectral, blind, spectral, mental blast. I try to not use mental blast depending on what other powers can be cast. Sleet and benumb are first priority when recharged. I could push ST DPS further if I was willing to give up proc'd psy nado and ranged softcap. I could swap Superior will proc into blind, build for more recharge, and switch to pyronic. Infirgidate has the new slow proc in it as well, everything is +5 (even though my mids shows +3), except the recharge IOs in spectral wounds to help it proc slightly more.
