  1. I can't emphasise enough how amazing it is to have a L50 to bankroll all my other toons enhancements. I got there by making a Fire/Kin Controller (always popular) and teaming my way to 50. Don't even CONSIDER levelling alone. Once you are 50, it rains inf. It costs less than 2m inf to fully trick out a L22 IO build with L25 IO enhancements. Those will be good enough until you get high level.
  2. To complicate matters, I think Dual Blades no-redraw is broken. When I try to use Typhoon's Edge animation it doesn't show up UNLESS the previous move was also power from Dual Blades. So a prestige power or no power first shows no animation.

  4. It's also a useful power on a stone tank/brute. It's teleport.. WITH DAMAGE! :) Can confirm, Spring Attack is a fun AoE that does good knockdown. Great for tanks, it compliments Foot Stomp when it's on cooldown. The only thing I don't like about it is that often I end up miles away by accident because it's not PBAoE. :D

  8. I took Hurl in Super Strength (throw a rock at enemies) because it says it's AoE, but it doesn't appear to hit multiple targets in the game. Is this bugged?
  9. The Wikipedia page for CoX suggests that there exist French and German language support for the game, is this still the case?
  10. But everyone who plays this game already has a 100% different build. How more "AND VARIED" can you get? That's a fair comment. Let's look at an example, though: It's generally regarded as "good" if an energy blaster (knockbacks galore) slots the knockback to knockup enhancement. So clearly there are some enhancements that are, "desirable". I would simply like more to be desirable and if possible give people a dilemma when choosing. The notion behind this being that players should definitely be powerful, but have choices. CoH was always about loads of freedom and options, why not extend that philosophy into enhancements?
  11. I think there are lots of rubbish invention sets, especially the ones that remain at low level (e.g. max is level 30). The desirable ones are really obvious, I'd like to see more desirable one so that everybody didn't pile into the same stuff, and this would allow more different AND VARIED builds. I don't think it's a massive priority but it'd be "nice" to have them improved. Example : There is only one enhancement that changes knockback to knockdown. The recipe costs 20 million (presumably it'd be less if there were more sets with the same enhancement), but the point is that the other enhancement recipes in that set cost 2000. It's hilarious :D

  15. I'm looking at this ancient build from 2008... http://cohbuilds.aforumfree.com/t51-controller-fire-kin ... things have changed. Inherent Fitness pool and the lack of reason to get the previous travel pool powers in order to unlock a travel power. So that leaves me wondering what you do with the extra points?! Obviously, i can't remember anything about the intricacies of build creation, so I'm asking here for help! PLEASE HELP! You're my only hope!
