  6. @Caulderone answered before I could. If you look at the builds I post, you'll see Level 27 and Level 31 enhancements everywhere, along with procs that are set to the minimum level of the set they belong to.
  7. Because game mechanically the two are linked ... they're just the inverse of each other (usually). To increase damage you scale up a modifier. To in resistance you scale down the same modifier. You want to think in terms of premature optimization that Cryptic did pre-2004 for why things are structured the way they are. This is also the reason why you can't Power Boost powers that add Resistance without bumping into weird edge cases due to this bit of premature optimization that tie damage and resistance to each other.
  8. Well, it's a bit extreme for a solution but ... Echo of {fill in the blank} could be done for all zones through Ouroboros (your time travel destination before Milliways!) so as to access ANY zone during Halloween. This would then enable year round Trick or Treating without overwriting all of the "main" zones with Halloween thematics.

  11. Either raise the fish pond around the fish or lower the fish into the pond. You may potentially need to enable room clipping in order to lower the fish low enough to fit into the pond ... and can do so by using the F3 key to toggle on/off room clipping.
  12. Actually, if the Halloween Event can be turned on and left on in selected zones rather than affecting ALL zones blueside and redside ... I'd recommend enabling Halloween as a permanent event in The Hollows and Perez Park for blueside ... and in Port Oakes and Cap Au Diable on redside (since these two zones are the two halves of the same island). That way, blueside and redside always have zones that you can go to for Trick or Treating, but they won't be zones that you stay in "forever" as you level up. Note that a permanent night in Port Oakes would enable continuous ghost spawns at Fort Darwin for the Ghost Hunter badges.

  18. You will never see trim in doorways. Other than that, make sure that everything is at least 2 grid spaces away from edges and it should reappear.

Hasten Recharge = 450s Duration = 120s 450 / 120 = 3.75 = +275% total recharge from all sources required for Hasten to auto-cast @ 120s after last cast Force Feedback procs can help but there's simply no way to get more than 24 Force Feedback procs per 120s (which is 1 per 5 seconds over 120 seconds). Under most circumstances, you can rarely expect a Force Feedback proc more often than once every 10 seconds on average (and none while not in combat).
