I thought these weren't supposed to drop anymore. Toggle Suppression No More Offensive Toggle Drops: Toggles that used to drop when mezzed will instead have their effects suppressed while mezzed and for 5s after breaking out of mezz. Seems to drop quite often still. By quite often I mean every time I turn it on, Longbow mezz me almost instantly for just a second to turn it off.

With other misc bonuses 184.4%. Is that overkill and simply wasted Acc? Could alternately go which eeks out a smidge more average damage. Here, for the same build, we land at Whirling Hands accuracy being 121.3%. With other misc bonuses 152.2%. Is this enough for +4 content? @Bopper NUmB3rs h3rtz br41nZ

How much is too much accuracy? Is 100% enough or should we be shooting for more? Typically I shoot for 175-185% and for the life of me I can't really remember why that number range.

@Spaghetti Betty Your build is significantly tankier. This is a big help to see. Yes I was going for heavy hitter (and I hate misses) but you've shown I may have gone too far at significant cost. Question: Did you have slots left over?! (I had to hand input it as I use an older version of mids and had 3 slots left over) I do love your 6 slotted Health. Question: Is the 6% Heal set bonus for 4 slotting Numi worth more than the 25% Regen from Regenerative Tissue? (this is where mids can get me in trouble and I stop trusting it for 2hp/sec)

Hey Tankers, I may need a little help here. I'm committing to making a money-is-no-object tank. I've settled on Super Reflexes / Energy Melee with Rune of Protection for some resistance when needed. I've made tanks before. Twenty seven-ish. Most have been abandoned in the 30s and 40s. Eight have made it to 50 and three or four getting played. (normally I'm a Stalker, Corruptor, Brute, or even Blaster (for pew pew fun)) Here's what gets played: Shield / Energy Elec / Stone Rad / Super Ice / Axe ( I liked this because they were a unicorn at one point) What do these have in common? They hit hard and are fairly resilient. So that's what I'll be shooting for here. With this many Hamis it is an expensive build. For Incarnates I'm leaning toward Musculature Core and Assault, Agility and Degenerative are also options but weighing pros and cons. I'm currently vet level 6 and it's a bit of an endurance piglet (hoping 53ing the toggle HOs will help).

My mains are an energy melee / regeneration stalker & a radiation / dark corruptor. they are awesome., though better choices may exist. I'd suggest: Energy Melee / Energy Aura Stalker Fire Blast / Dark Miasma Corruptor
