I agree with WindDemon. Increase the teleport protection of all static objects by a huge amount, then increase Wormhole slightly. -
missed that one I guess lol Why Damage though? Why not make them Accuracy, which EVERYONE can benefit from? Also, I imagine there are going to be people playing Tech, Science, etc toons who will be irritated at being given Magic enhancements. Would probably be better if they were Origin appropriate SOs.

The door mission portion of Breakout will not complete. I suspect the "Disable Ouroboros Portal" faux foe is responsible.

There are currently no plans to make those enhancements available to Villains or Praetorians, as the store unlock is a reward for the Faultline arcs But I DID get them as a Villain. I ran a level 1 Stalker through the Breakout tutorial and received Yin Damage Enhancements at multiple points during the tutorial, as seen below:

You only need ONE exploration accolade to unlock the Porter. Once it is unlocked you only need ONE badge from each subsequent zone to add it as a destination.

I've seen multiple people saying they won't take Oil Slick on their Blasters and I'm just completely baffled by that. Regarding Energy Manipulation... Some AoE would have been nice, but leaving that aside. I think leaving Power Boost as a click is fine, but having Boost Range and Energize as clicks, with their current durations, is still a lot. I'm not sure what exactly to do. Boost Range as a toggle would probably not be as strong, and Energize clicking less frequently would hurt the healing aspect of the power... -
Dark Control/Trick Arrow seems like a VERY good combination.

Foes are NOT being debuffed NOR am I being buffed (with +Recharge) as long as the Cloak is toggled on, even after combat has been initiated. I am not re-stealthing.

So now EMP does in fact effect the caster. @Luminara, you seemed to feel this would be OP, but I'm quite happy with it as you can imagine. It is location based, not a click buff, which seems fair. It's at the placement of the arrow, which makes sense. Still a missing word or two in the description, but other than that things look pretty good. It DOES seem like a lot of Location powers ESPECIALLY if you pair it with Archery and have Rain of Arrows in addition. That's FIVE. But it is now an extremely potent set. EDIT: Paired with Earth Control it's SEVEN location based powers. lol -

@Captain Powerhouse In the below screenshots you can see that as I toggle Energy Cloak on and off the Self +Recharge and Foe -Recharge elements of Entropic Aura also toggle on and off:

On further testing it does NOT appear that any of the Dark Armor Taunt auras suppress when Cloaked. It also seems that (at least) Invincibility does not appear to suppress when using Concealment powers on an Invunerability Brute. I didn't use the Power Analyzer in these cases to be extra sure, since the mobs behaved the way I would expect them to and had all the appropriate graphics on them in each case. I also have not tested with another person, like an Illusion/Dark Controller, to see if stacking Stealth on a Brute or Tank will have the same effect, but I doubt it. The problem seems to be unique to Brute EA, as far as I can determine.

Ok, I did some more testing today and narrowed down the problem a little bit. When Energy Cloak is toggled on Entropic Aura's -Recharge effect (and I think its Taunt as well) are not taking effect. The green rings on enemy arms indicating Slowed status do not appear, Even when in combat. Using the Power Analyzer I was able to determine that the -Recharge itself does not go on in combat if the Cloak is on, and will turn off mid combat if I retoggle the cloak. Against grays this results in enemies fleeing immediately, compared to sticking around for a while with the Energy Cloak toggled off, or on other armor sets without stealth. Against high level enemies, depending on how much Taunting you're getting out of your attacks, this may result in enemies fleeing after a while. The behavior varied depending on whether I was playing EM, TW, or WM. EMs relative lack of AoEs to throw compared to the other two made the effect more obvious. Clearly this is NOT the intended behavior. @Captain Powerhouse can you verify that EA is the only set being impacted by this? I can keep looking at Dark Armor, but from what I've seen so far it appears the Damage and Fear auras, at least on Tankers, do NOT suppress when using that sets Cloak.

I tried this a little more. I levelled the Dark/TW tank up to 50 and tried fighting using only Cloak of Fear as a Taunt Aura and I still did not see the same behavior as with the /EA Brute. Again, I suspect there is something going wrong in the interaction between Brute EAs Entropic Aura and its Energy Cloak.

In fact we were told a while ago that the macro was a dev tool players were never supposed to have. And this gripe about what they "could have focused on" is ridiculous. Look at ALL THE OTHER NEW STUFF in this issue. It's not like the Base Macro is the major feature of the issue.

On a lvl 20 Dark Armor/Titan Weapons Tanker I did not notice any unusual behavior while running the Cloak of Shadows or whatever it's called. But that could be because the taunt aura in that case does actual damage... so this could conceivably be a problem unique to Brute EA, I think it's the only Armor set that gets a Non-Damage Taunt Aura AND comes with it's own Stealth power...
