  1. On a level 30 Rad/EM Tanker I did NOT experience the same bug.
  2. I just tried it on a EM/Inv Brute on Grays in Atlas Park and I did NOT experience the same bug. I will go try on a Stalker and a Tank, too.
  3. Again, to be clear, it’s not Every time. But it is frequent.
  4. No mods. All ingame sound channels are at 100%.
  5. What would make you feel like they were listening and paying attention short of doing what you ask?
  6. Fighting the spawns in Portal Court just now I encountered this lack of impact sound repeatedly.
  7. Definitely NOT fixed. Logged in to my 50 EM/WP Scrapper on Brainstorm. second or third time I used TF it gave no impact sound, though the attack did hit.

  10. Back on the Legacy servers when you first got to Ouro you were immediately introduced to The Pilgrim who then introduced you to the Menders. That introduction no longer happens unless you click on The Pilgrim. Similarly, on the Legacy servers you were automatically sent to the University for the Invention tutorial. That no longer happens unless you know where to go to do it. These were useful for new players and should probably be restored. I don't know if there are any other similar introductions that have been removed. Perhaps the introduction to First Ward and Night Ward? Was there ever such an introduction for the Shadow Shard? Anything else?

I care a lot less about Ouro being given out before encountering time travel "organically" and a lot more about the fact that the Pilgrim (and similarly, though less important, the Invention Tutorial folks at the Uni, is there anyone else I'm not thinking of? A Shadow Shard introduction?) doesn't introduce himself to you at the appropriate level to do his content.

  13. It certainly is a rare occurrence. I've never noticed any pattern that would allow me to actually duplicate it.
  14. Not exactly that behavior but similar. The power is firing off, recharge is initiated, but no Hit or Miss is registered in the Combat log and no damage is done to the mob. Honestly, I'm not sure, but I sort of think I've experienced the same thing before on other sets. I think the "just after landing from a jump" thing is actually due to the Interrupt time thinking that you're still in motion. This is a little different.

  17. Tac Arrow was OP compared to other Blasters secondaries. That is why it got nerfed. The rebalanced version of it performs similarly to other Blasters.
  18. What is still unclear to me is whether Entropic Aura actually DOES have Taunt on Live and it's just not listed.
  19. On Live there is NO Taunt component listed in the info for Entropic Aura for Scrappers. I don't know if THAT is an error and perhaps the power has always had a Taunt component? On Test Scrapper Entropic Aura DOES have a Taunt component. So which is the error, having a Taunt aura on test, not having one on Live, or just the text?
  20. This seems like it could be just an oversight. However, there's something I'm confused by: On LIVE Scrapper Energy Aura Entropic Aura HAS NO Taunt component, as far as I know. On Test it seems like it has been added? This was intentional I guess? But I don't recall seeing it in the patch notes. On Test Scrapper Entropic Aura does have Taunt, and so does Beta Decay, but Beta Decay didn't get the Taunt sets made available? Definitely seems like at least one mistake in there somewhere.

  22. Gatekeeping is generally not good. One accolade and one badge in each subsequent zone is enough.
