  3. I wish that the music in Ouroboros was on the Music channel instead of the Sound Effects channel. This way, it would not play when I have my ingame music turned off. Conversely, I wish that the music in Pocket D (and anywhere else where there is music "actually playing", including all missions taking place in nightclubs) was on the Sound Effects channel, so that it would remain even when I have ingame music turned off. Of course, the MOST ideal would be if there was a Third channel for "in world ingame music", but that might be asking a lot.
  4. Using Smoke Grenade is a very, very bad example because as you pointed out Smoke Grenade is terrible. Also, looking at One power is a mistake. I'm saying if my Trick Arrow is on a team, let's say there's also a Dark, a Storm, and a Poison on the team, my Acid Arrow will improve many of THEIR debuffs, which have much larger values to work with than Smoke Grenade.
  5. TP protection is used to prevent us TPing things we shouldn’t be able to, like Mission Objectives for example. The fix isn’t as easy as we’d like, apparently.
  6. Moving it OUT of Acid Arrow was one of the purposes of the revamp. A "suggestion" of simply NOT doing the revamp isn't really useful.

  8. It's not just rope. The netting is coated with a toxic adhesive that reduces resistance.
  9. I guess considering All the debuffs and secondary effects being thrown on a full team Acid Arrow will improve Most of them. That could really add up.

  12. If it’s overkill as you say then that seems to undercut your argument from before that it’s fine. Overkill means it’s not doing anything.

  14. What if the -Special was strengthened, but was limited to, say, 5 stacking from different sources. Similar to how Interface works.

  16. Heck, give it a Strong, unresistable -HP debuff. That’d make it worth it
  17. Wow this mission was Sooooo buggy this time. The fires did not appear when they were supposed to. The dialogue did not happen when it was supposed to. The rescuee had trouble following me. The timer ran out, I was kicked out of the mission...and then I was allowed back in, there was no timer anymore. Just ridiculously buggy and weird.
  18. It's too bad Eagle Eye isn't until 20, but I don't really have a suggestion for a better order. Maybe reverse Eagle Eye and Flash Arrow. Would that be bad?
  19. I personally would prefer Glue as a drop so I could use it as a trap, but I guess I will be able to do that with OSA.
  20. I've played it on several MMs and to be honest although the -Def from Acid is as valuable as ever, and the size of the aoe and length of the debuff are nice improvements, the -Special Res and -Heal aspects of the power are no less, frankly, invisible, on an MM.
  21. If you want to think of it as dictating when I state basic facts of blaster AT design that’s on you.
  22. I'm not dictating anything. That is the design of Blaster secondaries. The first power, in ALL cases, is a defensive ability designed to help keep back enemies that are getting too close while doing a small amount of damage, but not particularly good DPA. That's the design. You'd have to convince the devs that should be changed, not me.
  23. Yeah, you're really not supposed to have a third Blast as your first primary. That's not how Blasters are supposed to work.
